Food was ok, subs were very messy me and my friend got. They should have been cut in half. The restrooms were disgusting and the entire dining area was dirty, clearly no one wiped them. There was a rude looking big girl who worked there sitting next to me and my friend she seemed to be on a break. Will definitely not return.

Jersey Mike’s is not a very unexposed place. I spent $50 on subs today and didn’t get any meat. Normally when I go there I stand and watch them make my sandwich today. I ordered it over the phone and it made a big difference so from now on, I will be watching, and when I called to complain, no one would answer the phone please don’t you lose your reputation there are other places to go. I see that all of your reviews are not good.

The comercial sounds dumb a sub above the rest... but then you and your co-workers all get one just one Friday... Now you and your co-workers either get jersey mikes every Friday or go crazy thinking about them because they just are that good! Plus the workers there are kind and professional.
I'm a reward customer, I visited the Jersey Mike's store 35004 on 12/29/23 to purchase #8 Club. The employee that made my Sub added two slices of bacon from a pile of bacon, I asked could he add another slice he stated he had to ask his Manager. The Manager said only two and the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes. I said all that bacon with be on tomorrow orders and he said no it gets thrown out. I then said you are making my point, he walked away and said I'm not going to argue with you.

I ordered two subs. Hot and cold. When my husband didn't want a lot of lettuce on his cold sub the server had an attitude. But when the other customer was next in line to order, she was pleasant without a problem. We were racially profiled. As for my hot sub, the bacon was left out of out, when it was clearly part of it. Bad service and attitudes equal soon to be closed business.
