Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I generally enjoy Red Robin restaurants, but I made a mistake this time. I ordered fish and chips, despite knowing Red Robin is famous for its gourmet burgers. The fish and chips arrived, but the fish tasted bland. The manager let me re-order a burger, which I should have done in the first place. The burger was delicious! I’ll still be a customer at Red Robin, but next time, I’ll stick to their burgers!

Food and server was good. However I was disappointed that this location did not offer the 9.99 burger deal and I had to pay extra for condiments. We used to go there a lot for that deal, but will find a new place to eat.

Food was good but the experience with the waiter was something strange. The guy was loud and thought he was a waiter at a comedy show or something. Jumping and dancing around our table using slang and horrible grammar. Messed up the order for drinks and food because he was more worried about acting like a comedian than a waiter. While we were leaving he start yelling about “only $15” referring to his tip. Unprofessional service gets your an unprofessional tip of 15% instead of 20%.

The onion rings were awesome, my salad however was awful. The men said mixed greens but it looked and tasted like iceberg lettuce. The chicken was extremely hard and I could not finish it. I complained to my server and they removed it from my check.

First time at this Red Robin. Our server was excellent. Came back a few times to check on us. Kept drinks coming, hot out!!!! Food was all fine, cooked well.

It's what you need in a pinch, however, the restaurant as a whole needs a huge makeover. It's dark and moody. Glad the menu has been revamped to an extent, and the prices are crazy high. But that's everywhere these days. But I spent $80 for just myself and my daughter!

Food was hot and delivered by our server, she was awesome with keeping up with our needs. Had a nice experience overall. Again, it's good for what it is. A good burger spot if you want more than McDonald's.

Nobody at front desk so I had to stand there and wait.... went to pay and they don't take ANY tap pay...what establishment doesn't take some sort of tap pay in this day and age, that was inconvenient

I wish I could give a worse review than I’m about to, Straight up garbage!!! I’m not sure if they put no effort in food preparation for door dash customers but I ordered the pig out double and was expecting at least something somewhat near the picture just to get quality no better than a McDonald’s double cheeseburger and honestly I think a McDonald’s looks and tastes better than this burger did…..pathetic do better….have been a long time dine in customer but will no longer be ordering nor dining in for anything from your location..

It has been my families go-to for the past few years as a place to go and celebrate. This past weekend, we celebrated my nephew graduating HS. Our waitress Britney was really good. The food came out in a good amount of time, and it was piping hot. I will be back.

Not so good. The burger was ok, the ice tea was terrible. All in all I felt like I was going to vomit before I left, and dinner was $50. ! I won't be back
