Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went to get a burger special advertised on the web site that supposed to start on Dec 15. Was told that the special was not available until 1/8. Refused to honor advertised price! Bait and switch! Will not be returning!!!

Had a great experience at Red Robin taking my daughter. The food was great, the service was excellent, and Zoe was especially wonderful with my daughter — patient, friendly, and made the visit really enjoyable for us. We’ll definitely be back.

Lindsay our server was excellent. Quick, high-quality service, with fun stickers for kids. She loves her job and it shows. The restaurant was also very accommodating with our kid meal coupons. Thank you!

My little cousin was celebrating a milestone and he loves to eat at Red Robin. It was a party of 12, I called in 30 mins before arriving. They accommodated us will great seating. The only problem was the waitress had to serve alone and it became somewhat overwhelming! She did well for the lack of help, I will say! The food was ok and the atmosphere was nice 👍🏾 but more team play is needed for a large party 🎉

Got sick during a drive and used their bathroom 10/10 would recommend.

I generally enjoy Red Robin restaurants, but I made a mistake this time. I ordered fish and chips, despite knowing Red Robin is famous for its gourmet burgers. The fish and chips arrived, but the fish tasted bland. The manager let me re-order a burger, which I should have done in the first place. The burger was delicious! I’ll still be a customer at Red Robin, but next time, I’ll stick to their burgers!

Food and server was good. However I was disappointed that this location did not offer the 9.99 burger deal and I had to pay extra for condiments. We used to go there a lot for that deal, but will find a new place to eat.

Food was good but the experience with the waiter was something strange. The guy was loud and thought he was a waiter at a comedy show or something. Jumping and dancing around our table using slang and horrible grammar. Messed up the order for drinks and food because he was more worried about acting like a comedian than a waiter. While we were leaving he start yelling about “only $15” referring to his tip. Unprofessional service gets your an unprofessional tip of 15% instead of 20%.
