My GF and I ate here just a few days ago. We were greeted by an enthusiastic young man at the door and shown a comfortable booth in the dining area. Alex was friendly, courteous and quick with the food. We really enjoyed our dinner at Milanos.

First time going here. There was so much seasoning on the fries that I couldn't taste the fries. The pizza tasted old so I don't know if the dough was old and it was in the shape of an egg. The lady said it wouldn't stretch out for some reason. Then to top it off there were kids running around.

They use a company called slice who takes payments. They advertise on their menu certain items and charge you the amount only to find out once you get it that they have reduced the quantity. Also, instead of the manager making it right because of their internal fault, they tell you to reach our to their third party payer to explain and hope you get your money back. How unfair is this for the customer. Poor customer service. Don't order online.
