I'm giving the food two stars right now. I ordered two large grilled chicken Caesar salad. Both had brown, mushy lettuce, white inedible lettuce, and NO chicken. I wouldn't feed my dogs this tonight.

I ordered cheddar cheese fries with bacon at the delmar location. The fries didnt have cheddar and were dried out amd burnt. I paid $9.50 for nasty fries that i had to throw away

The food here is always great and I always have my company lunch ordered from here. Tonight I went in and I stood in there for about 10 minutes before someone even said hello. Be mindful there is about 11 people in the back. 2 on their phones 1 with an ear pod in. Another customer who had been waiting for 20 minutes said this lady hadn’t been helped is someone going to help her. 1 young lady said oh I’m not the register, needless to say my order was ordered online and already paid for. After tonight not sure if I’ll be back to this particular franchise.

Food is good, however seem very shorthanded. Tried to call in a order and kept getting a Verzion "line is busy" message, only to find out the 1 (and only 1) girl working the register area had the phone off the hook. Then had to wait about 15 minutes longer than I was told for me very small order to be ready. Disappointed in the carryout service?

I picked up a take out order, we got a calzone (missing sauce on the side), broccoli bites (missing sauce on the side).. I picked up my friend’s order, too - BBQ bacon cheddar chicken sandwich (missing BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar and lettuce and tomato).. this is not the first time they’ve messed up orders to this extent. Pretty disappointing..

The chicken cheesesteak had no flavor no cheese and not much chicken as you can see in the picture, so little that the bun looked empty. Ordered crispy fries and received fries that were just sitting and waiting, they were warm and edible but definitely not crispy. I don’t think I will return, definitely not for the same order. Wish I read their reviews first!
