Good happy hour deals. Went on a tuesday and did tacos, margaritas, and chips and guac. Margaritas were strong and tasty and the tacos were delicious! Would definitely come back again.

Several items in our food had turned bad. The guacamole was fizzy and tasted bad and we told them and they said other people had said it tasted off. Then they continued to serve it including in burritos after we complained. The corn salad served with all of the entrees had also turned. It’s weird that this place has so few reviews. It’s very mediocre. So sus

We did takeout from Dewey Eat our first night in Dewey. We couldn’t reach them by phone but put in a DoorDash order for pickup. When I got there, I learned that their internet was down and they had been working on restoring it. The girl who helped me was so nice, still said they were open and made the order fresh then, and made sure that my DoorDash payment would count since I had received confirmation on the app.
The nachos were amazing, our kids loved the tacos and guacamole, and we will definitely stop back. While we didn’t “eat in”, the service and vibe we got was really positive. Great Mexican food and nice people!

The service was pretty slow this afternoon despite not being busy, but the food was worth the wait! Highly recommend the seared ahi tuna tacos with mango salsa! And the spicy watermelon margarita was the best margarita I've ever had! Will be back again!

I've driven by this place so many times without stopping in. I'm sorry I didn't sooner. The crab cakes are amazing!! Crab kept falling out of the sandwich and that's a good thing! The steak was great too. Even the mac and cheese and cole slaw was very good. You can tell they used quality cheese. I will be a repeat customer for now on. Only flaw is the parking but worth searching for a place to park. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Still, hands down, the VERY BEST Crab Cake Sandwich from O.C. to Lewes. Excellent Staff and Vibe. Parking can be a challenge in Season so, go during the Off-Season, they're open!

Generally think that the crabcake at Woody’s is one of the best around. That said, my last meal was a single crabcake platter that came with a few fries and bit of salad. Served in a single plate. Was $30. My crabcake was quite small and I thought the value was just not there. My wife had a crabcake on salad, and her crabcake was considerably larger, so no complaint there.

Food was great. But just watched them deny to serve a veteran with a service animal at the bar. The man tried to explain that it was a service animal but the extremely rude bar person continued to tell him he could sit on the patio with his dog. I even showed him the Delaware law regarding Service ANIMALS, this not an option and this establishment should be fined for not complying. Often times these Service Animals are helping people with emotional and psychological issues that could be triggered by unlawful actions by disreputable establishments like this. No matter how above the law an establishment believes that they are (even if supported by locals), the ADA is the law period. Don't support these places, so they will go away. For the record, the owner was called and clarified that individuals with Service Animals were only allowed on the patio.
I love crab. All kinds. BUT Woodys has the best CRAB CAKE I’ve ever had. I started with a delicious bloody Mary topped with crab meat. Ordered a crab cake sandwich without a bun ….watching my carbs. ITS ALL MEAT & cooked to perfection It came with a side of coleslaw. That was also very good. We sat out on the deck, which is dog, friendly, and beautiful weather this past October. Our server was the best ! Cant wait to go back.

Best CrabCake I have ever had. Just pure jumbo lump crab meat…absolutely no fillers. Made the way they are supposed to be made. Just delicious. Spoiled me. Don’t think I will ever to eat one someplace else. Oh yeah, sides were good too. Trying to figure out why I never ate there before.

On one of the busiest nights (Labor Day), our party of four was seated immediately at a great table. Instant fast attention by the waitress followed. Our drinks and food arrived rapidly…and all of the glowing reviews re: Woody’s crab cakes are well deserved! We never skip Woody’s when in Dewey!

Went for apps and dessert, this was the perfect spot. Carrot cake was outstanding. My hubby had peel and eat shrimp and thought it was awesome.
