Just what I wanted from a beach town food "shack." Fantastic cuban and friendly staff. Thanks!

I would have given it 3.5. I had Mac and cheese nuggets I wish that the cheese was white cheddar instead of orange. As a kid having lunch I would not order the nuggets again.-10yearold daughter. The Cuban sandwich was solid and another kiddo had the tenders. Close the beach, very relaxed and friendly vibe.

Had breakfast at Sharky’s in Dewey this morning at the recommendation of someone that obviously knows nothing about food. It was the absolute most horrible and disgusting meal I’ve ever had. Apart from the fact that we had to flag down someone after waiting thirty minutes after being seated to take an order. Everything was microwaved including the omelettes. It was $75 for two adults and a child. Everything was alacarte. $6 for a side of horrible microwave sausage. $3 for onions in an omelette. $4 for mushrooms in an omelette. To cap it all off all three of us got food poisoning and spent the afternoon at the pharmacy. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves and close it down immediately.

I think ownership changed because we used to come here ~10 years ago and gave it a try this morning with great disappointment. The omelette was bizarre and rubbery. I don’t think it was real eggs. Service was not very good—didn’t see anyone after the food was dropped for a good 30 minutes and we had to work to flag someone down to pay the $100 bill. Also. No glasses of water. Only bottles. Won’t be back.

We went because Sharkey's in Florida is a family favorite. So, we thought we would give a similarly named place our business.

We liked the patio and outdoor seating on a 78°F day. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was pretty good (pancakes, cheeseburger, scrambled eggs).

However, the food is overpriced even for 2024 inflation standards. Kids cheese burger $8. No side. No drink. Speaking of drinks, they don't have tap water. They only sell bottled. Also, expect for over the top tip suggestions. Unfortunately, I'm not OK tipping someone $10 to take our order and bring us our food and $41 bill. That's $10 for 5 minutes of work, about $120/hr.

Sorry, 2 out of 5 for me.

Had breakfast with a friend as we wanted to support this small venue. Coffee was watery, no carbonated soda available. Food was good, although served on disposable plates & plastic cutlery.
Service was okay. Pricey breakfast, averaged $19 each for two adults.

Don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't overpriced, mediocre food served on paper plates with plastic ware. I always see people at this establishment during the summer season, decided to try if during off season. Needless to say I won't be returning. Totally not worth the money, especially adding the CC surcharge to boot.

Great service, but terrible omelettes, home fries, toast & coffee. Way expensive, almost $50 with tip. Nothing else open and nearby on Wednesday though.
