We finally made it to Dewey Post for brunch after talking about it for months. Small in size but big in flavor and unique in selections. We will be back soon.

This is the cutest little place in Dewey Beach for breakfast. The food is always amazing. As you can see I didn’t leave anything behind on the Waffle Board. Yum! The service is superb. And while it is a small restaurant, the atmosphere is perfect for the breakfast vibe. Be willing to try everything they offer. I have yet to have a less than perfect meal there.

I had the Waffle Cristo and a side waffle. OMG, amazing. Service was outstanding. This is a great little place. Everyone should try it.

We were so excited about trying this for brunch. Walk into a quaint yet bustling little shop. The decor is adorable, aroma is divine and everyone seems to be having a good time. We sit in the last open booth, are brought waters and drink orders were taken. I got the chicken and waffle Bloody Mary and he got a Paloma. The bloody was described with it being served with a chicken and waffle slider on top. I was so excited but quickly disappointed when they brought my Bloody Mary out and the biscuit was brought completely separate at a different time. His Paloma was fine. Jammy Egg was a great concept but lacked execution and that wow factor when taking a bite. A little sweet but mostly bland I got the she bowl which was shredded sweet potatoes, some kind of meat and a very small egg over easy and cheese. It was just fine. For the size of the bowl and amount of potatoes and cheese, there needs to be two eggs. I think the shredded sweet potato was soggy and just kind of mushed in your mouth. After eating a little under half, I noticed some kind of liquid pooling on the bottom. It was oil. Just a pool of oil under the potatoes so I stopped eating it. $75 for brunch and we were both pretty disappointed even though the menu descriptions sounded so promising.

This is a great atmosphere, captures the look and feel of the beach town. Try the fried chicken and Belgian waffles- delish!

Awesome food, great service. Best breakfast place I been to in a while. Everything was flavorful, but chicken could use more seasoning. Recommend the Monte Cristo Waffle sandwich. The waffle board is a great appetizer. Amazing details on cups, utensils, and the pitcher for water. Bakery had amazing presentation. 10s all around. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Sausage Gravy was great. The SheBowl was so so, and the caprese salad was fresh.

Amazing food and pleasant service! I even went back for seconds. The pastry selection was lovely!

While I love the food and options here, what makes me write this review is the service. We have been coming here more often over the past month with our toddler twins. The staff welcomes them without hesitation and provides amazing service whether it be dining inside with endless bowls of fresh cut strawberries or delivering a coffee outside while walking the toddlers around town. Thank you Dewey Post team!

Adorable place and incredible food. It's very small so wait times can be a little long but it's absolutely worth it!

Very weak cappuccino. I think it's just a single shot (menu doesn't specify) and wispy layer of foam, less than even a latte should be. The raspberry bear claw is skimpy with raspberry. You're paying for the cuteness and ambiance here. Haven't had the full breakfast, I assume it's better. But not impressed by the coffee and pastries. Crowded inside, but not on the sunny patio on the street.

Great coffee, wide range of menu items and excellent service. All of our food was delicious: veggie frittata with fruit and toast on the side; caprese salad; and blueberry waffles with flavorful potatoes. I had to eat outside on the deck (brought our pooch) and I got better service outdoors than I do when I eat indoors elsewhere. Lovely, local experience. We'll be back!

We stopped in for brunch on a Saturday in late October and ate on their shaded patio with our dog. The food was great. We tried the Chunky Monkey waffles and the Jammy Egg croissant sandwich and they were both excellent. The waffles were loaded with banana, peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate sauce. That sounds overwhelming, but the flavors were surprisingly balanced and I'd rate it among the best waffle dishes I've ever eaten.I'd recommend getting here early because even in the off-season, they were quite busy with a wait for tables.
