Shhh don’t tell anyone about this gem! Excellent food with atmosphere to match.

Go for the view: Lovely setting and rooftop View -- that's what you're paying the high prices for. (See my pics for menu and prices.) The food is good, but lukewarm at best. Likely because the food runners have to carry it up two flights of steps. There are better restaurants around town with better food at cheaper prices, but if you are looking for a place where you can dine outside, with faraway views of both the ocean and Rehoboth Bay, and watch the sunset in warm weather... then this is your place. Definitely need reservations tho especially in summer.Warm welcome at the front door by the proprietor, and friendly service by a young waitress. Parking under the bldg at street level. The good: Crab cakes were mostly lump, delicious, very little filler, but on the small side. Halibut (a tad dry)and Snapper entrees were both delicious, and generous portion on the mussels app. The not-so-good: Seafood chowder tasted good, but was separated. My experience tells me instead of using heavy cream, they used milk or half half and didn't temper it properly? Fresh asparagus was too woody, someone should have peeled it or cut the stems off more. Daily veg really needed seasoning. Bbq shrimp app was overcooked unfortunately - likely bc they didn't parcook the bacon first.Yummy ending though: Desserts of chocolate cake, key lime pie, rum cake were all very good...and excellent apple pie a la mode. Special place for a nice evening, as long as you can be forgiving on some of the food.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner on the roof. Salad with salmon and honey Dijon was so delicious. Brownie sundae was awesome. Angel hair pasta with chicken and peanut butter treat was delicious. We were very pleased with the beautiful views and atmosphere. It was pricey, but the service was great!

Had the best dinner experience here this weekend. We went for a nice dinner at a bachelorette party. The food was delicious from the salad to dessert and everything in between! The owners were so amazing and gracious!

This was our second visit of the summer to Two Seas and our dining experience was incredible. We were seated on the ocean side of the deck in order to avoid the motorcycle noise. We started with the home made Spring rolls that were amazing. The beer was ice cold as usual. We both ordered the crab encrusted mahi and it was delicious. The salad and the sides were great too. We come to Two Seas for special occasions, because it is a special place. Thanks to the Carr family for making our end of Summer meal a great night.

I love going to Two Seas and have been there many times a summer for over 30 years. The food is always delicious and the roof top deck cannot be beat for the perfect beach deck atmosphere. I love the crab cakes, the soft shell crabs, the swordfish with the unbelievable salsa, and the delicious salad and rolls that accompany the meal. I love the interesting wines on their list and if I am unfamiliar they always steer me in the right direction to pick out the perfect one. I feel at home when going to Two Seas. Love the owners and the patrons.

Our waitress acted as is if we were an interruption to her day. Over two hours to get our meals and the mahi mahi was extremely dry and tasted as if it had been reheated multiple times. I don’t know if I have ever had worse service. I respectfully shared our displeasure with the owner. Very sorry, but no avail. Three wonderful nights in Dewey with one big blemish. They have a beautiful setting, but need new staff / owner.

We had a romantic dinner here two years ago and fell in love with the place. Suggested it as a last night at the beach dinner with our friends and they fell in love with the place too. The owners are charming, the food is delicious and the rooftop is a treat with views of the bay and ocean. There isn’t a bad seat on the roof top. I’m pretty fussy about both food and service and can’t find a flaw with this place. It stands head and shoulders above other Dewey Beach establishments as well as those in Rehoboth and other neighboring towns.

As always, for the years that I have patronized this hidden gem, the food, service, and atmosphere are incomparable!

Have lived in Dewey Beach for over 35 years and have frequented Two Seas many times and have always been happy. The food has always been good, but not great. The rooftop bar is very pleasant on a nice night and the service has never been an issue. The last visit way not a pleasant experience. The owner was extremely rude. The only thing she seemed to care about was getting our orders and getting out of there. She was very impatient and intolerant of any menu questions. When we got the meals the opinion of all was that it was OK, but not worth the price. I seems to me that the owner no longer loves her job, and it is reflected in her attitude and management. Won't be back.

A lot of waiting for food that was not very good. Def not worth the prices they charge. You are paying for the rooftop views, which were much better than the food or service.

If you search the reviews you can understand that the ones giving 5 stars reviews are the same attitude and mind set as the owners front of house manager , the hostess and the kitchen cook. not only they give you attitude but they also have downstairs a big dog sleeping inside the dinning area and you see dog food on the same plates we eat. the food has little flavor and it is all served with over cooked vegetables and old roasted potatoes. the prices are way to expensive for what the think it is, this is not a fine dinning restaurant is a family home cooking restaurant, the roof has a great view and the traffic, a perfect location but is not worth eating here. there is so many great restaurants around here without the view and the have amazing food, look they don't even accept reviews on their facebook page and they don't even claim this business in any sites or answer or apologized to anyone here for the lack of professional or respect.
