A+++. Brisket taco and macaroni and cheese is outrageously delicious. The taco is huge- and worth every penny. Mac and cheese is the best you can get outside of your mom's kitchen. They hv limited hours- so check before you go. You will LOVE this meal. DEFINITELY going back often.

Mu husband and I were in the area and needed a quick bite to eat so I searched Yelp and was pleased to come across this BBQ place. Everything we ordered was really pretty darn good. I had a chicken taco and he had a (chicken?) sandwich. We also tried the broccoli salad, mac and cheese, and baked beans all of which were really good though I must say the baked bean serving size was very small (no pic, but they were in a plastic condiment cup). Overall though, the owner and the girl working the counter were very friendly and engaging and we enjoyed the food. We will keep them in mind if we find ourselves in the area again.

I was so excited and presently surprised by Meat Mechanics today. My husband and I both tried the Beef Brisket sandwich for the first time and were very happy with the offering. Each sandwich was $10 and my husband got a side of Mac and Cheese for an additional $2.00. When the sandwiches arrived they were generously filled with perfectly seasoned and tender brisket. I appreciated that the sauce was on the side as I always like to try the meat by itself. The meat had perfect pull and was lightly smoked as to not over power the beef but compliment it. Its hard sometimes to find the right balance but John at Meat Mechanics unlocked the code. I can't wait to go back and try other items.

First time eating here today...and if you're looking for BBQ that'll knock your socks off this is the place. I had the pulled rib taco and it melted in your mouth. The slaw on the top finished off with the shops special sauce made it absolutely off the charts. Locally owned, and all made in shop, please stop in if you're in Dover! You won't be disappointed!!

Awesome brisket and pulled pork bbq. Great smoked chicken as well. Love the baked beans, too. No frills restaurant in the back of the firehouse, but the food and price are well worth it.
