I'll start off by saying our waitress Alysa was very nice and accommodating. It seemed like she was the only person working, so I can understand that things might've been slow. However, the majority of the food we got was inedible. Most of our orders were wrong, soup never came out, fries were burnt to a crisp. We were the first and only table there and it probably took about 40 or so minutes to get our food. It came out all wrong but at that point we just wanted to get out of there so we didnt say anything. The place is filthy, the bathrooms had tiles falling down and no door on one of the women's stalls. Everything was a mess, there was no staff, and everything took forever. I appreciated our waitress taking my food off of the bill since I couldn't eat it, and she was the only redeeming thing about this place. Our entire party agreed that we can never go back. The food is incredibly overpriced for god awful quality.

Came for Karaoke ? the dj didn’t have a good and her equipment wasn’t working . My house salad was fresh mixed salad greens with cucumber onions carrots ! My friend got wings and the cheese steak roll tasted a little off. We are currently one hour in and one singer has started.

The food was great but the service was horrible. We arrived at opening and we were the only table in the place. There were 2 members of our group that arrived later. They ordered their drinks( a tea and a soda) but had to flagged the server down to actually get their drinks The server was sitting at the bar looking at her phone when we finally were able to get her attention. Our one guest asked for unsweetened tea and was brought sweet tea. The server proceeded to argue with our guest about whether it was sweetened or not and continued to mumble about it when she finally left the table to get the correct drink. We were never offered refills. We again had to flag down a staff member for silverware and napkins to eat our lunch. The food was very good and everyone received what the ordered in a very timely basis really the only poor part of the entire dining experience was a seemly lazy uncaring server who felt like she didn’t have to work hard for a tip as gratuity was automatically added to our checks
