Waited 15 minutes for a small pretzel nuggets .... they continued to make mire large sizes of nuggets while I continued to wait for a small.

Smh.Where are all of the Older ,Much Better Workers that they had in the past..My past few weeks experience has not been good at all.Thr Pretzels have been not fresh at all.I have not been able to see or have any on them,let alone them being so to the touch.ANYONE who has ever paid for a ? would agree with me that it is aittle on the expensive side, Costly.So if we are paying for our Food or Drink,we want it to be Fresh.I hope that it changes,back to the good old days.

Love Auntie Anne's. Pretzels are always so go. And the sauces. But check your bag, they forgot my sauce, wouldn't be so bad but you pay for them and they are not cheap. But worth every penny. So so sad when they don't put something you ordered in the bag and you don't notice till you get home.

Sometimes the lines be long but worth the wait. I only wished they offered pretzels eithout dipping it in that butter though and just plant based butter.

Horrible. Plenty of pretzels left. Guy with colored hair tells me they closed early. Was very rude whole time. There's 12 or more cups of pretzels. It was 453pm. Tells me they closed early at 5 for weather. That's fine and all but it's not it wasn't even 5 yet.
