I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

We had our first Bubbakoo’s last night and it was better than Chipotle. And I LOVE Chipotle. I have a new favorite though. Can’t wait for next time!

The place is well maintained, the food is very good and definitely would go back there.
Vegetarian options: Can create your own bowl, or a burrito and can add no protein and can have fajitas as a protein.
The bad: I mis-ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa for one with fried cauliflower on the app. The food wasn't ready until some time after stated pickup.
The good: The birria tacos...keep them on the menu please. Delicious. The eggrolls were good. The Nashville fries are real good and REAL hot. Did I mention the birria? It's good.
Keep the quality up and I'll be back.

Food was very filling and tasty. Felt very authentic and gave a very filling burrito with extra meat. I did not even ask for it but they gave a bunch and gave zero charge. Guy at the cashier is very kind and all the workers seemed happy to serve me. Overall would go back and would recommend.

Tried for the first time and it was as good as I'd hoped. And they give you a lot! I got the Hibachi steak & shrimp burrito 🌯. Best burrito I've had in a while. Definitely better than Chipotle!

My 2 kids and I went here and the food was great but overpriced. We got a bowl and 2 burritos for 50 bucks.The service was great aswell. Finally, the atmosphere was ok the employees were fighting each other in another language.
my food was so good, that i tore it right up off that tray. suddenly… i get to my fries. they were so delicious that i bit my finger. after eating all my fries except the crumbs. there was a hair in my food. & the manager did nothing but ask did i want three fries..ps my stomach is really bubbly right this moment

For our first experience it was just okay. My wife and I each ordered a burrito and they butchered hers. They ended up having to dump the burrito into a new wrap and it was spilling all over the place. Not a good look when you're handling food. They also gave her double meat without asking her if she wanted double meat and then charged extra. My burrito was fine, but came out a bit small for the pricing. Also, as it was the silly Philly it states it comes with cheese. Instead it had a queso sauce. That is not cheese. The burrito was also not very filling. Probably will try it out again. Perhaps do a create your own burrito.
Definitely was hoping for better. Maybe next time.

everyone had such an amazing personality and each helped me figure out what i wanted for lunch today - i felt very welcomed and enjoyed my food a lot, if you are looking for a restaurant with many different options look no further. this place is great.
