I came here with my family, and our waiter, Jill, was so polite and sweet. The street tacos and Southern Chicken Sandwich were really good. I would definitely come back here again. 5 stars!!

First time coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Can easily say we will NOT be coming back! Atmosphere vibe was different. Ordered our favorite house sampler per waitress “sampler went back 3 different times” never got the corrected sampler until we were completely finished eating. The whole service was not great from manager to waitress. Would not recommend this location. Salisbury is the best!

It was super bowl Sunday. The night manager was awesome he needs a raise made me feel comfortable and like I belonged there it means more than he knows. I got to watch the game and had a great time.

I NEVER leave negative reviews, however this is the exception. The atmosphere was fine but the food and service were absolutely AWFUL. I would be more than understanding if they were somewhat busy but they were not busy what so ever, to the point I was actually surprised. We came here for dinner on the way home (which we live an hour away and have only ever been to the Salisbury, Maryland location). We were charged for an appetizer we never received. We waited over 20 minutes before we ever received our drinks, to the point our appetizer came out before we even had drinks to chase it down with. We ordered a trio appetizer (that normally is my favorite thing at BWW but I would never recommend this here for multiple reasons). At this BWW the salsa is mixed with marinara sauce (even 11 year old kids said it taste like a pizza lunchable), the guac was prob the most disappointing as it was ridiculously plain and bland. Salsa looked like they poured marinara in a cup and put a small scoop of pico de gallo on top to call it salsa. Service was so slow that we went to the bar to order another drink…… the hostess and the waitress were nice and pleasant. But overall, I would not recommend this BWW to anyone at all looking for good food or fast service.

the food was cold and this is the 3rd time my food has been cold. i would prefer the milford location. you can order 5 minutes from the dover location and the food will still be cold and not sauced properly.

The bonesless wings are not good. They are always cold and taste like cardboard. When you ask for extra sauce because they usually dont give enough, they put way too much sauce. Im very disappointed with my order I couldnt even finish my food. I would prefer to go to a different location then the dover one.
Called and put me on hold for 15 minutes on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm. I called back and was immediately put on hold again. I just needed to tell them something for a DoorDash order. There’s no way that you couldn’t pick up the phone for 20 seconds and listen to what I had to say.

Nice restuarant, lots of TV's with sports, but they have the worst chicken wings and chicken tenders I've ever had. 10 wings and 5 tenders for $35.00 (5.00 tip added), and the wings were maybe 2, possibly 3 inches. I'm used to wings at least twice that size from other places, and the naked tenders looked really bad to me. Ever since wall street capital investment firms started buying the chain restaurants, food quality took a major dive. They don't care about food quality from what I've seen, and I know I'll never go back to any wall street investment restaurants again. To me, they're in it for the money, not for the customers. Google the major food chain places and look who owns them, then you'll see what I mean.

Beer was warm and flat. Got ONE beer, and order of wedges, an order of cheese curds and a water. Bill was over $50. Got one refill of water the whole time. A single bag was provided to a party of 5 all going separate ways.
