The so called manager was so rude and disrespectful to my wife and I and even refused to give her a refund. We used to shop here and will never spend another dime in that burger king #3213, 211 South DuPont highway, Dover De. Wed Jan 29th 2025 1:48 pm. And we know that the service and food sucks because another customer ahead of us was complaining too. Your company expects to prosper then you don't need negative nasty employees 😔. Get it together or you'll be closing your doors.

I made I bad choice today. stop a this burger King for get my lunch, you know fast food. I spend 12 minutes waiting for a simple whopper , but that don't going happen again to me. The cashier , don't realize , doing a good job made customer happy and customers happy back again to burger King. Customer = $$ good business. no customers no busine$$. No business no jobs . Comun sense .

Ugh...first I go to the R.V. BK...and I order the fried pickle ranch whopper...all good ...YAY! GONNA HAE FRIED PICKLES ON A BURGER! pay for it...and then I get the kid coming out to tell me that there are no fried pickles for it, do I still want it...ummm? No? I don't still want it...I have pickle ranch at home I can put on a regular whopper if I didn't want the pickles..like arguing with me about how it's no different...I DRINK PICKLE JUICE...I'm a pickle fanatic!!!! like there IS a difference..so then I just say give me money back I'll go over to the other burger king by tarjay...lol ...fine no problem. .../et there, ask if they have the pickles for it ...she said yes...I said yay ...so I ordered it...she was nice and it so totally isn't her fault ...but that it sucked....lol. I was sooooo disappointed...the pickles were wayyy over cooked and they had put so much ranc that everything was sliding off...lol...I was soooo disappointed! Lol ...and the bacon wasn't crispy, it was beef jerky-ey...kinda tough? Lol. I mean no one was rude or nasty. ..I wasn't...the service was good in both places even if the kid tried to convince to get something that didn't have the main ingredient on it...but it was all good lol

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Wish I could give the service 0 stars. The girl was so rude, the food was nasty had an after taste, we went back inside the restaurant to get our money back and she acted like she had an attitude about that. The worst experience ever. Thank goodness there’s another BK in Rodney village. I will NOT be going back to this location again.

Just went to the Burger King in Dover by Target specifically for The Adam’s family burger and I got a regular Whooper not what i ordered. I also found a hair in my Whopper. The wait in the Drive-Thru was ridiculous. I haven’t been to Burger King in a while and now i remember why.
Twice I have gone in the mornings around 7 when they open. Staff was inside but never took our order and ran away when I pulled to the drive-through window. Corporate needs to do something about this location. Very disappointing.
