At 8:45am, on a Thursday morning, October 24 2024. I asked for the supervisor, and the gentleman said, "Why you need a supervisor is me. I ask him if they don't have enough staff members. He said no, why. I told him how dirty and nasty was the ladies' bathroom that he had to go and check it out. The floor is so sticky that your shoes will get stuck and you will be walking without shoes. Trash over flow, really bad odors like dead rats, dirty female pads on the floor, and toilets that were screaming for bleach and brush. That is the same bathroom that employees use and then walk to the kitchen to prepare meals, dragging around the urine from the bathroom to the kitchen. The condition was so deplorable and nauseating. I would rather stay hungry than get sick. It's totally unacceptable. That's why when I visited a restaurant, I always checked the floors and bathroom to then decide if I'd order or not.

Waited over 20 minutes for our food only for them to tell us they had already called our number and gave it to someone else. They didn’t. We were listening for it. We had to wait while they actually got around to making the order.

Worst burger king ever. Wait times are awful and they never get it right. I ordered online and got nothing near what i ordered. Food ice cold. No cheese or purple bun on my adams bundle meal? Spent $25 for cold food. Just awful.

Last min decision for a quick meal, gentlemen behind the counter were exceptionally respectful and went out of there way to make my little girl feel special. Even went out of their way to present her with a crown and even a piece of pie! Good respectful service is so hard to come by but it does still exist!

They made my door dasher wait outside for 45 mins now. They are unprofessional and not motivated at all. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m upset. I’ve worked a 13 hour shift and I’m hungry. I don’t think I’ll be receiving my order tonight unfortunately. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Someone, possibly a panhandler, was hanging out next to the store entrance, blasting loud music from his player. Once inside by the entrance, another person was laid out across the seat and was sleeping during my entire visit. After sitting down with my order extremely loud music was playing, inside the store, right behind my head. Upon exiting the same person was hanging out by the door still blasting his music. Very unprofessional environment, will not return anytime soon.

Drive thru, but the guy at the drive thru was amazing his customer service was extremely great being late at night.
It's BK, food was fresh and hot. Service polite and friendly. Will be back to this one

The order was cold didn't even get the whole order. There was fries missing. The whole order was messed up. Even the drinks spilled everywhere. Not a good service at all. Won't be ordering from you people anymore.
