Burrito Bar Fresh Mexican Grill

This place was amazing. My family and I wanted to try it out… way better than other burrito bars around. Fresh ingredients and awesome service. We tried the Jerk chicken bowl and burrito. It was perfect. My wife had their veggie bowl with their homemade burrito sauce, perfection.
We will be back, I gotta try their Band Bang shrimp.
Don’t sleep on this spot, it’s quick, generous portions and a good price.

Real nice new place. They have have “veggie ground” from Beyond but black beans and rice and veggies and guacamole really hit the spot

First off, everything about this restaurant is not bad. The food is great and the employees are nice mostly. I was not going to write a review because they handled the first issue nicely but..... On 4/8/25, I ordered a large Bang Bang Shrimp. Food (taste) was great until i noticed a long piece of black hair. From my memory I was greeted that day by a women with a long black ponytail and no hairnet. I called and reported the matter to the manager (brown skin believed to be Indian guy). I was told to come back and they will refund my order. He took care of the issue with grace and humility and refunded everything (not the issue). On 5/5/25, I brought my wife and children to the restaurant that takes care of their customers. Usually we'd go to Qdoba but they handled me with care last time we came back. I arrived around 8:30 P.M. I bought two bowls and two quesadillas. Two different employees were helping with my order. there were two young ladies who ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp just like me behind me. We paid and received our food. My family lives in the Milford area about 30 minutes away. The restaurant closes at 9:00 P.M. I get home and get my family settled to eat. I remove my bowl lid and to my surprise there is no shrimp (not the issue). On 5/6/25, I call to report the issue. I am told to come in and they'll make another bowl for me. I give the same man (brown skin believed to be Indian guy) my name. He looks at me and says this "Oh there has to be some kind of coincidence with this being the second time." Then he went on to explain how he is going to help me this time but not a third. I explain to him who the employees were that helped and how his male employee closed the lid before the shrimp was put in. He defends his employee by stating that "there is a process and the lid would have never been closed before the shrimp was added." He also stated that if the shrimp was not put in the bowl then it would be somewhere around there lying around. I kindly did not argue, I just explained that I had pictures of my food and no reason to lie. A coincidence is only a coincidence when you continue to support. If I didn't bring you my business there would be no chance of a coincidence so just make my food right, I will not be returning to this restaurant. They are also light on what goes in the bowl and charge for more than one cheese, sauce, etc.

I absolutely love the bang bang shrimp burrito!! The staff are extremely friendly and organized!

First time going in there today at 1:30pm, and placed order for a large spicy chicken burrito. Had me waiting like 20 mins, finally, got my order, Took 2 bites, noticied a funky smell. The burrito itself smelled spoiled. Just ruined my appetite, lunch break. Will never go back and don't recommend it to anyone! Service is poor and for a new fast food place that just opened. This is not acceptable 😑 😒.

Should have took the hint when we pulled into the parking lot and there was not one single person there. I got a bowl and it was not even half way filled. I chose steak in my bowl and watched him scoop steak soaking in oil into my bowl not draining the oil off of it. Got two scoops of oil/steak on my bowl. Would not recommend if looking for something healthy or worth your money. If I wanted that much oil I would have walked over to the pizza place and ate a large pizza. For 10.99 the small bowl should at least be full smh.

Just all around 10/10. My first time and I’ve been wanting to try this place and they did not disappoint. The bowl was so delicious with a great variety of toppings to add on. They let me try the sauces before I decided on one for sure. Super cozy environment and the friendliest staff. Will definitely be coming back!

If you’re looking for better alternative to Chipotle, this is the place to go. Pricing, flavors and customization all in all make this place better. I definitely recommend to put jerk chicken in your bowl or burrito, it’s amazing.

Such a great new place for us to try, personally I think it's better than Chipotle right now, which is something we can compare this too. Friendly staff helped us with our first order and catered to the time we needed to prepare our order. Price point is something to be happy about cause with the large bowls you get a ton of food and very affordable for dates or solo. Add this place to your place to try next, as we have to our return spots.

Food is amazing when the young dudes are there. However if the older man or the 3 women that was there tonight is there I WONT BE COMING IN til the younger dudes come back. Just ordered from there 2 of the women couldn't speak or wouldn't speak English. The one that did messed up the order and food wasn't as good this time. I'll just wait for the two to come back before I spend money there from now on but I try to give everyone a fair chance

So I’m not really a review leaver; but I had to stop pass, Burrito Bar you never disappoint. I could get the jerk chicken or the crispy and it’s always good. For that past Three months whenever I want some fresh, good food I come str8 to the Burrito Bar. The service, atmosphere is nice and I love the Grapefruit Jarritos, if your old skool it reminds me of the 90’s soda Surge. Oh and the Guacamole is good. Long story short; I love this place. The food is amazing, and the customer service is BOMB!! If I had to spend my money anywhere in Dover it would be here!
