People were great. Place was filthy!

I purchased a large chees steak. It was okay, but there wasn't enough meat to support the roll. When you are from the city, you always expect the sandwich to be nice and meaty, but that's not the case here. I will stick to the subs instead of the cheese steaks.

Good Sandwhich love the capastrami. Im from Jersey so it tough get good sandwiches with bread in Delaware. This is the best place.

Beware of the 9$ charge to order delivery (before TIP). On March 1st I ordered three chicken cheese steaks. One with bacon. The one with bacon had loads of rubbery uncooked bacon, 98% fat and grease just spilling out of the sub wrapper. The bread was so soaked and mushy I had to attempt to transfer the “chicken” to fresh bread I had in my kitchen. The chicken was a mash of stringy, nasty tasteless mystery meat. No lettuce, no tomato, just a nasty mess. I could not touch any part of my dinner with out a roll of paper towels nearby. Three 8” subs came to 50$ and they were inedible. Go to Jersey Mikes or somewhere else. Toppings on other subs were missing, subs soaking and mushy.

I have never had no problems from here and today because they don’t know how to read the add ons extra now I’m stuck with a chicken cheesesteak w American cheese like I ordered but they didn’t read the fact I said no pickles no onions no mushrooms they don’t read that part !!! I am appalled with Dover Cappriottis why do you have it that we can pick and choose online what we want and don’t want if you’re not going to follow your online ordering properly!!! This cappriottis 0000000 they suck !!! If you order online make sure you call with what you want and don’t want on your stuff !!!

Good service

My family and I ordered a large Bobbie and a tunafish sub the day after thanksgiving. I had forgotten how delicious this place is. Not only is it a clean establishment, but the food is well-made and has longevity. Like, my god, it was Friday when we got the sub, and I’m still eating leftovers the next day. It was that big, yes, I’d say the large, which I believe is 20 inches, can feed a grown man at least 3 times to absolute fullness. I had a bite of my godfather’s tunafish sub, and it was legit the best tunafish sandwich/sub I have ever had in my entire life. I believe the bread they use (which I have no idea what it is, but it’s like in-between soft and semi-hard) complements the tunafish perfectly. Highly recommend, anyway, and will likely return for a Bobbie or two next year if not before then!

Will NEVER order from Capriotti's RT 8 again! Placed an order for 2 medium Capastramis with extra cheese and extra dressing. Got home and it was 2 small sandwiches with nothing we ordered. Called the store only to speak to a rude and nonunderstanding manager. She admitted they mistakenly gave us and was charged for smalls but told us since we weren't charged for the extras, they couldn't remake. I expect when I place an order to have said order CORRECT and when the ESTABLISMENT is the one making the mistake, THEY should be the one to correct it--not at the expense of the customer. She then called her GENERAL MANAGER-DAQUAN and he was NO HELP. We said to return the money to our credit card which she claims they will do...THE NERVE...CAPRIOTTI'S makes the mistake and we as the customer suffer. And the sandwiches we did get--in the trash because that's how they tasted!! We have crossed them off our list of places to order from and if you are smart, you would too!

Husband sandwich was nothing but coleslaw, no capastomi and cheese wasn't melted

My Bobbi was dry and turkey was old and tasted sour ..
