Will NEVER order from Capriotti's RT 8 again! Placed an order for 2 medium Capastramis with extra cheese and extra dressing. Got home and it was 2 small sandwiches with nothing we ordered. Called the store only to speak to a rude and nonunderstanding manager. She admitted they mistakenly gave us and was charged for smalls but told us since we weren't charged for the extras, they couldn't remake. I expect when I place an order to have said order CORRECT and when the ESTABLISMENT is the one making the mistake, THEY should be the one to correct it--not at the expense of the customer. She then called her GENERAL MANAGER-DAQUAN and he was NO HELP. We said to return the money to our credit card which she claims they will do...THE NERVE...CAPRIOTTI'S makes the mistake and we as the customer suffer. And the sandwiches we did get--in the trash because that's how they tasted!! We have crossed them off our list of places to order from and if you are smart, you would too!

This place is filthy from the vents in the ceiling to the floor which never appears clean. What is the Board of Health inspector looking at when he’s there or maybe he isn’t there. Buy food at your own risk. It’s too disgusting for me.

How do I get chewed out because yall didn’t do the Uber eats tickets… that’s not fair on the ones who are going face to face with these people and yall collect your paycheck behind a counter.

Ordered a steak from Dover. Steak was $20.29. I gave them a tip also. Got home almost NO meat on sandwich. Called asked to speak to manager. Manager Holly got on phone and said if I don’t like it call Corporate and then hang up on me. My wife is calling Corporate now

Service lady was nice but whoever made the sandwiches on Sunday Sept 8 2024 does not know how to read the sandwich orders. Won't be ordering from a place that cannot follow a simple order.

Ordered two Italian subs. The only meat was ham and provolone cheese. There was no oil. Tomatoes were not fresh had no taste. The worse Italian sub I have ever had.

Ordered large cheese steak w mush/onion. Got home and found that sub had barely any meat let alone the add-ons. Looks like they used the quantity for a small for the large sub.
This is the second time. Won't be back. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else...

This location consistently puts out excellent quality meals, in a kind and curteous and efficient manner. The wait was short, (placed my order upon entering) the service was excellent and friendly, and my classic italian was wonderful! I live close by and this has been my experience the last 5-6 visits.. Would definitely recommend! Kudos to the Capriotti's team!
