On March 1st 2025 I ordered three subs. There was a 9$ fee to order delivery before TIP. Food arrived leaking grease from the wrapper. I opened it to find my sub loaded up with rubber, mostly fat, uncooked bacon. The bread was so mushy I couldn’t hold the sub. No tomatoes or lettuce. Just the most nasty looking chicken. I paid $50 for three 8” subs that were inedible, and completely gross. Go to Jersey Mikes or anywhere else. This was a waste of money.

The homemade turkey sub was delicious with an ample amount of turkey. It was very busy at this location at lunchtime. The shop is on the small side and most of the few tables were occupied. Might be a better atmosphere at another time that is less busy. The sandwich was worth the wait though.

Bobby turkey dry. Sandwich construction way inconsistent/lacking

Fantastic sandwiches at this place. My favorite is the Bobbie. It's basically like having a Thanksgiving turkey dinner in a sandwich. Never been disappointed with any of their food.

I always get the Bobbie because it is so good. The bread is usually soft but once it was hard.

To the owner,

For what you charge and for what's advertised, this location by the DAFB has been very inconsistent with the way you make your sandwiches, but consistently disappointing. Called your store when I got home, and explained to your employee how there was more bread than meat on the sandwiches. Other Capriotti's offer much more product for the high cost of your food. You didn't bother to pick up the phone or call back. Purchased a pastrami and a grilled italian sandwich. The sandwiches are nothing as advertised. I asked they were prepared by portion, the employee said no, we weigh the meat for the sandwiches first. When I wanted more of an explanation, he offered to find you for further assistance, but it seems your customers are no longer important once they pay.

Your explanation would be greatly appreciated

Was excited to try Capriotti's today with my son.

Very disappointed to say the least. I am not one to write reviews

One of the screens was unreadable, not a problem I grabbed a menu

The girl taking my order was ok. No pleasantries, just there working( I get it, it's work)

Ordered a large Cheesesteak to slit and a few sodas.

Told her I was eating in.

After waiting 15 min and others eating and finishing their food I walked up to see what was taking so long.

My sandwich was and had been sitting on the counter behind the register.

Opened the wrapper and honestly hardly any meat. Literally you could not even nicely fill a 6" roll with the amount of meat. I wish I took a pic before I scraped it all into the roll at the end to show how little there was.

I asked the staff and showed them if this was normal and she say yes.

She and another worker proceeded to laugh as they looked at me

I'm all for paying $ for good food and service, and like I said never write reviews but I would higher recommend if you are hunger and or appreciate a little meat on your cheesesteak then definitely look for another place.

I love this company but every location is different ofcourse. Very disappointing this visit. Where is the meat!!! This is not what a 13.00 sandwich should look like.

Always a great sandwich from the Rt10 store near the base. I'm and out quickly with enough for lunch and dinner!

Chicken Cheesesteak was great!!! Didn't go for the Bobbie, we got a simple turkey sandwhich instead and it was delicious. Fresh turkey made all the difference. Reasonable prices, but shop itself needs some TLC, hard to eat there when the ceiling looks so gross. (But I'm sure most people take it and go)

Parking: Part of a shopping center so plenty of spots.
