I usually enjoy Chick-Fil-A, but I have to address an ongoing issue at this location that might seem petty but is far from it. About three weeks ago, I spoke to a manager regarding one of the employees adding too much salt to the fries. At the time, it seemed like a quick fix after bringing it to the manager's attention. However, every time I order my meals, the excessive amount of salt used on the fries is unreal.
This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it poses serious health risks, such as high blood pressure and other related issues. Despite repeatedly speaking to the manager, who always apologizes, the problem has never been corrected.
I hope this review brings attention to the matter and prompts a lasting solution. Consistency in food quality is crucial, and I believe this can be easily resolved with proper oversight.

I go through the drivethru.. they are very friendly. I've never had a bad experience in the drivethru!besides me running over the cones! But it comes a lil tiresome eating it everyday

Terrible place.. took over 25 minutes to 30 minutes for some damn food.. and they refused refunds. I’ll never come back here again. There food is not even worth the wait.

We stopped here to get take out on our way back to Pennsylvania from North Carolina. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by an employee named Andrea who was a pleasure to speak with about our order. She could tell we were still deciding what to order and said " You take your time and let me know when you're ready." I had some questions which she promptly answered with a smile. This was such a change because in these current times so many people aren't very pleasant. She made the extra effort to bring our food to the table we were waiting at even though we were doing takeout. The food was hot and delicious especially the spicy chicken sandwich meal ! Definitely a home run!! Restaurant was clean.
ABSOLUTELY the worst EVER!!!The drive thru is such a joke. They do nothing but bsck up the line, making it a 10 min wait just to get to the pickup window.Girls at pickup window VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
They charged me for a whole other meal and I didn’t get that meal or the extra avalado ranch dressing I asked for… 12526740 was my order and I’d like my $ 11.27 back and they won’t give it to me bc I drive home notice and drove back… so there is that
