This was our go-to place when I was a kid; went as an adult tonight and it’s still some of the best Chinese food I’ve had. The General Tso’s is excellent — flavorful sauce with quality meat. Highly recommend.

Ordered a general tso combo with pork egg roll - broccoli wasnt over cooked and mushy or under cooked ..was actually perfect... rice was delicious not dry or mushy..and the chicken- white meat ..crunchy..and perfectly sauced! This was the best food in Delaware thus far in this sort of food category 😋 👌. Amazing job! I recommend 👌 👏 compliments to the chefs all the way!! Thank you.

Only ever had takeout here, but the food is always excellent. Notably their meats. The beef is actually good beef (instead of mushy grey stuff), and their chicken choices are always a good ratio of breading to meat. Like 5% breading 95% white meat unlike other places where you’re eating mostly breading. The lo main is also great!
4 stars for atmosphere because they only have 2 tables inside…. But like many Chinese restaurants post covid, I don’t think they’re planning on you dining in.

Very disappointing amount of sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour pork. Nowhere near enough. Highly disappointing for a delivery order.
The more I eat, the more disappointed I am. This is some of the worst fake Chinese food ever. Definitely do not recommend.

We have been ordering from here for years, it’s our go to in the area! Not only is the staff so incredibly sweet, but they are also extremely accommodating. We make special requests with every order and they always fulfill them with no problems at all. Our food is always done quickly and comes out hot and fresh. Thank you for everything, China House!!

Not much an atmosphere, because it's not really a sit down restaurant, though. They have a couple of tables off to the side that it seems mustache.Children use. However, if you were to describe the atmosphere in more artistic terms, I would give it a tilt of the hat to the design of most new york Downtown chinese shops with the pictures of everything, encircling the register and being able to see the back room where everybody's cooking for the most part. So this is more of a new york style takeout chinese place. As for the food, the egg Rolls were pretty tasty and a good size, Especially compared to the restaurant we tried last week. I had their chinese lo mein and Roast pork fried rice combo. The rice was very average with the really. Teeny, tiny chunks of pork as is common amongst these kind of places. The noodles were cooked fine and there was terrific wok hey. ( Wok hey is that smoky Delicious flavor you get from cooking in a high heat wok.) The lady behind the counter.Super energetic and sweet.
