As a former employee of the rehoboth & salisbury locations I was beyond disappointed with the service of the Dover location by the casino. I ordered two bowls online and specifically asked for my cheese and queso to go on the side as well as wet sauces as these bowls were for lunch. Upon arriving I was told no items can go on the side unless I pay the price of a side which is almost $2 I explained my bowl was paid for I just don’t want it all together since I wasn’t eating them right away. The young lady got smart and said she knew how to do her job I can’t do it like such. I began recording the conversation an requested a manager. The manger agreed to let me get both cheeses on the side. I then asked for a side of hot sauce and side of veggies I was charged for both items I then asked for a second empty bowl so I could split food between the children I was charged the price of a side for that as well. I asked the manger if it was true or false that the cold side of the line could get extras with no charge she said untrue everything has a charge as well as a cup for ice. Chipotle was my favor place to eat this location has made me look for business elsewhere even the location in Camden acts better they definitely speak to customers with more respect.

Workers are always incredibly rude… going through the line and ordering the first 2 workers were fine. Near the end I get to this girl who always has an issue. While I’m asking for toppings she quickly interjects with “just tell me all at once” so I do. Only for her to mess up the order. If you can’t remember it why ask for it all at once. When I tell her I didn’t want that topping I get a nasty glare, everything is done with an attitude! On top of that she didn’t include the one topping I asked for on the side in my bag, which I didn’t notice until I left because of how chaotic it is in there. Every time I see her I know there will be issues. At first the problem was online ordering being messed up I thought the solution would be ordering in person…. NOPE! Still get a wrong order and confusion. Patience and clear communication is evidently unheard of here.

Worst chipotle experience in 20+ years. Ordered honey chicken bowl, girl put half a spoon on my bowl. I asked to put a little more and there’s no way it’s a full portion, so she proceeded to pick up ONE chicken piece and put on my bowl. There were 5 of us and she filled everyone’s bowls the same way.

I never write any reviews but I feel like this is the reasonable time to write one because what I came into when I ordered at this Chipotle was pure garbage. I came here around 8:00 pm on Friday, Feb 31st, 2025 and the kitchen looked disgusting. Food on the ground due to carelessness and also all over the counter where they served the food. I can understand small bits and pieces but it looked like these people are genuinely careless when cooking the food. They also ran out of Pico De Gallo at 8pm (this place closes at 11pm), I can expect this near closing, but this place was nowhere near closing and it shows how unprepared this restaurant was on probably the most busiest nights of the week for them. You cannot tell me that this is how any other Chipotle is ran like this because the establishments near where I live have never been as disgusting as this one.
