I never write any reviews but I feel like this is the reasonable time to write one because what I came into when I ordered at this Chipotle was pure garbage. I came here around 8:00 pm on Friday, Feb 31st, 2025 and the kitchen looked disgusting. Food on the ground due to carelessness and also all over the counter where they served the food. I can understand small bits and pieces but it looked like these people are genuinely careless when cooking the food. They also ran out of Pico De Gallo at 8pm (this place closes at 11pm), I can expect this near closing, but this place was nowhere near closing and it shows how unprepared this restaurant was on probably the most busiest nights of the week for them. You cannot tell me that this is how any other Chipotle is ran like this because the establishments near where I live have never been as disgusting as this one.

Me and my boyfriend had ordered burrito bowls online, went through the drive through to pick them up and we checked them before we left the parking lot. They were literally less than half way full. We went inside to get them remade and we were told that’s the serving size they give you when you order online. Huh? 🫠 Paid $18 per bowl for not even a meal. Customer service was ok.

Warning. Don't Order takeout from here. Order was missing the protein (brisket) In one bowl, and the guacamole in another. This is the second time there have been issues from this location in as many visits. Food is always cold and dining area always messy. Worst chipotle ever.

Not yall associates on the job talking about customers as they’re walking up lol. Very unprofessional and very chatty, but the restaurant and drink station area is filthy. Talk less, clean more and learn how to listen when people are telling you what they want.

This location need new workers. They are very rude and lazy .

All online orders should be checked before leaving. I hate to be the one to complain but what’s the point of being able to order online and not have to deal with a busy line. 3 out of my 4 bowls were made wrong. 2 were missing things one of which was queso that I paid extra for and 1 had something added that shouldn’t have and ended up being thrown in the trash. I live half n hour away and gas is to expensive to go back but For the amount of money you’re paying you shouldn’t have to worry about your order being wrong it’s your job and all you have to do is read off the screen it’s not that hard if you can keep yalls phones out of your hands for a min. Then you try to call the store and can’t even get through to anyone. You have to file something online and it didn’t even let me finish so I got a credit for the queso but nothing for the whole bowl that got thrown in the trash. So much for good customer service.

I have been a frequent goer to this Chipotle location and each time, staff are rude and not personable. It truly makes my experience more than unpleasant. I have given this Chipotle time and time again. I went around 9:30 PM, almost 2 hours before closing, and the ladies preparing my order carried themselves as if I was bothering them. Over an hour before closing, they were not willing to bring out fresh rice or meats. When I made the employees aware of what I wanted, I was told to pick from what they have available, even though the tins were clearly empty. This location needs a complete revamp when it comes to who is being hired. These young ladies do not care at all. I have never seen such disgusting behavior at a Chipotle location. I simply will not return to this specific one. Do better!
