Great kids party. Not like it was when I was a kid, but what is (the '80s just rocked)? Different but I'm a good way. Kids loved it. Absolutely loved it, one & all. Every kid walked their next party there by the end.

Ordered a gluten-free pizza for my son who has celiac disease. Cashier promised precautions, but staff/manager used the same dirty cutter and utensils from regular pizzas, completely contaminating it, and lied about doing so. When I spoke up, I was dismissed with eye rolls and attitude. My son ended up with no safe food to eat. I tried to bring him a safe pizza from another establishment but was turned away because of the “no outside food” rule. Extremely disappointing and unsafe would not recommend for families with dietary restrictions. Attaching a photo of the manager I had the poor interaction with who was also the person who handled his pizza.

Not like I remembered. Everything was behind schedule. The party was booked from 1:30 to 3:30 and food came out after 3 and then rushed to get tables cleared and reset by 3:30. Chuck E was disappointing. Back in the day he was very animated and danced alot. Today's Chuck E barely moved. It's ok. Food was good they just need to work on their timing and performance.

Expensive kid party. Only get 2 hours and they took 30 mins to set up. This kind of thing should be done before the guests arrive.

It took us about an hour to get the food order and mind you it was only two pizza and a cookie pan. They said because the party section has the most priority instead of walk-in customer. This place isn’t the same like it used to be. I believe they forgotten about us and didn’t want to admit it.

The bathroom smelled like old milk, neither soda machine had ice one spit out mt dew in so fast it sprayed everywhere and I spent the rest of my time covered in it. When it was time to turn in tickets I had 5 separate employees make eye contact with me and turn and go the other direction. When we finally saw who I think was a manager my friend called out to them and she put her finger up to her and turned the other way as well. Once we finally managed to get someone to help us we were not handed what we asked for and they moved on to others in line and we ended up having to wait in line again.
