I bought the monthly Chuck E pass for my daughter so she has an outside the house activity option. It would be a good value, but this particular location charges $10 PER VISIT just for kids to use the trampoline. I was going to cut them some slack on this before because I thought it was a 1 time fee for their "special" socks. This just feels like both greed and desperation. When we use our pass at other locations, they include the trampoline. Not to mention, this location doesn't have any other playground-type area. The people who work there are great! Management needs to evaluate their policies.

Do not order the 99.99 party AND preorder food. They don't know how to ring it up. They aren't trained in customer service. They will not honor/discount errors made on their behalf. "Chuck e cheese" has no life in him, no pizazz, does not get the party started. Only go here for a quick indoor recess for your kids. One topping pizza, yes. Specialty pizza-no. Because "they are trained" to not make the pizza to not include peppers and onions on the bbq chicken pizza, even though the photo of said pizza clearly shows peppers and onions. Ruined my daughter's 7th birthday. I pre-ordered a veggie platter (amongst other things) and they handed me a to go container and told me to get my veggies from the salad bar. I had to explain the point in ordering a veggie platter and NOT the salad bar is to not eat food sitting out during sick/flu season.
Separately, they also can not handle fundraisers for your school. The girl at the front may appear calm, cool and collected but she is not. She has no idea what she is doing and should probably just work the toy/points area.
Hire at least one or two competent people to work the front and assist parties! Pro-tip: people who don't like kids or smoke and smell like Marijuana should not work at Chuck E Cheese!

The employees did not clear the area as needed the customer was doing all the work
They ordered a large pizza got a medium They said they were running outta dough so that's why they got a medium and it shrunk did not reimburse them for the pizza
No professionalism in doing a party at all
Not happy with service at all.

Food, and the activities are excellent! My son always has a great time. The only reason not 5 stars, is due to cost. A large pizza, trampoline jump, and an hour of unlimited play was 67.00

My daughter wanted to stop, and I had not been to a Chick E. Cheese in years. We had a good time. Not many people there. Went to the bathroom, which was extremely gross. It was dirty, and we had to hold our breath. Not sure we would return.

Had a good time up until kids became hungry....waited over an hour and no one had said anything regarding my order so I decided to go take a look as to what was taking so long for the food. Not a single pizza was made nor coming out the oven. I asked the lady if my food was ever started and she stated no one had come in to shred cheese so that entire time I had been waiting they were in the back shredding cheese! At that point I simply asked for a refund because my children were starving and couldn't wait any longer. I was then told I would have to pay for the 2 cups that were included with the combo since I did not want to continue to wait. Unbelievable and is not how proper customer service is handled , because at that point the 2 drinks should have been on the house. Very disappointing
Kitchen worker needs to either be replaced or be retrained in timeliness as well as she moved without any urgency. Coming from an old restaurant manager, there's no reason why anyone should be waiting an hour for pizzas that shouldn't take more than 10-15min.
The staffs we're great they have my orders right from delivery for my food and I give them to 20% tip thank you so much!

Came here for my nephew's birthday party on 10/26. The salad bar had brown rotted lettuce so no one could eat it. When asked by multiple people to change it out, we were met with bad attitudes and eye rolls. We weren't given the party food at the right time and had to ask for plates and napkins and was once again met with attitude. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with toilet paper all over the floors. It's a shame they charge over $500 for a birthday party, and it was like this. We will not be returning

What a great space! Came for a birthday party and was unsure what to expect — it’s not the same as the 90s! This location is clean, maintained, and fun! The staff ensured our party was ready to go on time and that everyone had fun. They promptly addressed any issues and kept the party going. Pizza was tasty too!
Vegetarian options: Salad bar and meat-free pizza.
Kid-friendliness: Safe, clean, and friendly environment!

Just to get a large pizza and 4 drinks is around $34.00 dollars and then to get tokens depending on which option you choose is another $20 plus dollars.. I loved the meal deals back in the day where you got both of them for the price of one. They got rid of the climbing probably because COVID and now it's a mini trampoline bounce then that's also an additional like $12.00 dollars to buy along with getting socks for the jumping. It's becoming more of an expensive side than the kids fully enjoying themselves. Workers were nice, I didn't get greeted coming in, plus there was a problem with one machine I wasted my card on due to it not working properly.
Parking: There's plenty of space on the side of the building and a few rows in front.
Kid-friendliness: It's definitely for the younger kids to enjoy themselves and tire out.

A horrible experience today, in this place first when we arrived the service was terrible the woman at the cashier was on her personal phone and had a horrible attitude, Second, I think we should be welcomed, because we are the ones who are going to consume and contribute to this business. not to receive bad attitudes and contempt, we ordered #5 which costs $61.19 and ended up paying 136.68 I understand that it went up because of what I added But the worst thing was the salad. Everything was full of water, including the cheese, the boiled eggs, the almost black broccoli and the bad taste. The potato salad was full of water inside the container.
