Communication tactics with staff is not good from the owner/wife.

The young female staff was so friendly and welcoming! She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient while I decided on flavors. Her cheerful attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back—not just for the delicious ice cream but for her excellent service.

I don’t understand why you allow custom order cakes if they are only going to pull a cake from stock shelves.

They only ever have one employee working at a time, you'd would think that means ordering on the app is better for them but it seems thats not the case because they still don't have time to make yours and your still waiting forever.

Employees never seen to be happy and that's not hard to figure out why since they should have at least two people in here.

Every employee is visibly unhappy to be there. No smiles, no greeting, nothing. Horrible customer service - one woman behind the counter stared at me like I was an idiot with the blankest expression on her face while I was ordering. The only time she spoke to me was to ask if I wanted a certain add-in in my desserts. Go here if you want to be treated like an annoyance for mediocre ice cream.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a rectangular cake and got a square cake with horrible child like design. Very sloppy. Not professionally looking at all. No apology from the team. SMH. Will not be going back there. Done with this location

The girl dropped my ice cream on the floor and was like oops..she did not make a new one.. poor customer. They need adult supervision.

First time visiting this location and was shocked by the lack of customer service. If I'd read the reviews regarding customer service, I would've opted to go somewhere else. I spoke to the young lady behind the counter prior to starting my order. All I received was a rude, blank expression and no response. Some people act as if they would be able to survive without your business. With the number of consistent reviews regarding the same issues, you have to think the owner/general manager could care less about how customers are treated.

Everytime i come in, the staff is incredibly rude and doesn’t even acknowledge your existence. The ice cream is super good, but i really wish this place had nice staffing. The one girl we had that took my friends order looked at us, didn’t say anything, so i decided to say “hi how are you”. looked at us and then looked away and rolled her eyes. Then i asked again and she ignored me again. As someone who works at a job that has to greet people and talk to them, i would never in my life treat customers the way they treated my friend and i. By seeing all the other reviews for this place, i’m guessing it’s not just me who the staffing is rude to, but to a lot of people that walk in. It’s crazy to me that i have to be anxious to walk into an ice cream store that i like because the people that work there treat you horribly for no reason.

The guy behind the counter thinks it’s ok to remove ice cream flavors that have fallen into other flavors with a sample spoon and his fingers. Disgusting. His fingers clearly touching the ice cream.

Ordered larger pint size & (not quite) half gallon…both only filled 3/4. The workers behind the counter didn’t care and said that was all they were mixing. Called owner to complain multiple times & no call back. Such a shame since we love their ice cream. It’s been more than 2 years and haven’t been back since. (Coincidentally, had last 3 of 4 visits like this & decided enough was finally enough!)If the owner doesn’t care, I don’t need to spend my money there. There are a few local owned shops in Camden & Dover that are nicer…especially to the customers!

Order incorrect called said there was fudge "What little we had left" mine didn't have Carmel but after first answer didn't even bother to ask. Call the customer don't take it upon yourself to make food decisions for anyone else.
