Do not go to this place!!!!! The employees are nasty and rude and they never have anything thats advertised. I’ve been to this location 3 times each time I’ve left upset and disappointed.

The girl that answered the phone on 10/3/25 @8:51PM was rude as crap. I had an issue with a DoorDash order that was taken by a dasher. I was refunded and ordered a second time. The lady told the second dasher it was picked up. I called the store to explain that I placed a second order and she went back and forth trying to say she couldn’t remake the order again. Why?? I just paid for the second order. Then she proceeded to get smart saying, well, what did you order and when I told her what I ordered, she hung up the phone on me. I called the store back 2 times and no one answered the phone. But I guess she realized that it was a second order because the DoorDash is on the way with the order now. No wonder y’all have a 3.3 rating maybe you should think about getting some new people to work for you.

Do not eat at cold or get ice cream its a total rip off. They falsely advertise beatiful cold stone ice cream creations for a certain price, then at check out they charge u 3 extra dollars for the type of cone 8 dollar apple pie small cone turned into 1300 dollars at check out my son got one tiny scope of vanilla ice cream in s small cup znd they charged 7.50 for one scoop. Meanwhile all the pricing on the board was flashing 0.00 dollars on everything. U want good icr cream go to diary queen at least they dont rip you off there.

Probably the most mid ice cream. The ice cream is subpar at best. You can tell since they have so many mix ins to hide the poor taste of their ice cream.

I went to cold stone today for some reason the store was closed so they had a truck in the back I watched them standing there talking as I wait in the cold after awhile I left Worse customer service
March 1st 8:53 pm the store was closed so they had a trailer in the back of the parking lot, so I waited for around 5 minutes watching them play with bags and the other one filling a half-empty ice cream container waiting for them to acknowledge me standing there in the cold but neither of them did, so I left and won't be returning back

The young female staff was so friendly and welcoming! She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient while I decided on flavors. Her cheerful attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back—not just for the delicious ice cream but for her excellent service.

They only ever have one employee working at a time, you'd would think that means ordering on the app is better for them but it seems thats not the case because they still don't have time to make yours and your still waiting forever.
Employees never seen to be happy and that's not hard to figure out why since they should have at least two people in here.
