I'll get the one issue out of the way. This restaurant was mobbed (for all of the right reasons) and the parking is chaotic. There.We were a party of six. Several food preferences and allergies that make us a stress on a server. Our server was Erica C. She was amazing. She was attentive, helpful, and amazingly efficient as the restaurant was hopping. Great personality as well. A mere mortal server would have been overwhelmed.One of the partners, Chris, was on the floor. Restaurant was run really well for as busy as they were. He was great. The food runners didn't stop.Bar had a nice selection, prices good, pours were generous. The food was terrific. Interesting and varied selection through all of the courses. Well prepared and everybody loved their meals.We came because our friends tried Cool Springs and took us there. We heard about the prime rib for a week before our visit. Five of the six of us ordered the prime rib. Lived up to the rave. Apps and deserts were just as good.We never felt rushed as we enjoyed a very nice evening. We would not hesitate to recommend Cool Springs and cannot wait to return soon.Dietary restrictions: Cool Springs accommodated our group (and we're not so easy)! Nothing was a problem to the restaurant.Parking: Parking lot is very busy. Be prepared to jockey for a space.

The food was very good from a freshness and quality standpoint. the entrees were flavored with seasoning that amplified the natural juices that made it flavorful to the palette. Limited selections but great choices to maintain cost and quality of the meals. Definitely a place I’ll return to when in town. And Mary our server was excellent!

First time in town, read good reviews for this place. We arrived without a reservation and were seated quickly. Busses poured us water, and that was it. No other acknowledgment, made eye contact with a few servers, nothing. Busser came to give us a refill, told him not to bother, we were leaving, after 30 minutes without even a drink order being taken, he offered to get a server for us, but we declined and went elsewhere. Prior to this, I watched at least 2 other tables come in, and servers did attend them. Not a great first experience. Likely not to return.

Had heard a lot of great things about this place but my husband and I decided to go here with another person who liked her salad but my husband and I were not impressed. He ordered the prime rib which was tasty and a huge slice. There was a waiting line to get into the place but for the life of me I can not figure out why. I got the salmon which is their signature fish and it was nothing to write home about. Service was okay. This restaurant was one that tries to be upscale but fails. Will not be going back here cause it is pricey.

This was our best meal out in recent memory! Whitney was our server - she was wonderful and the made the meal extra special for my 2 kids. Everything we ate was excellent - from raw oysters to entrees and the desserts. For a seafood restaurant, I think the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back.

We were going to go to restaurant 55 on a Thursday nite and they said it was at least a 25 minute wait so we walked to the other end of the building to Cool Springs and they had tables, no wait. The food was delicious I had the honey bourbon salmon and the others had the skillet seared tuna steak and Linguini Alfredo with blackened chicken. We were all very happy with our meal. It was the best meal I have had in a long time! The meal came with potatoes and a vegetable as well as a salad. I loved the dill dressing! Unfortunately we did not leave room for desserts because they looked just as good. Definitely a place to return too!
Crab imperial and flounder was amazing! Crab cakes amazing! Honey bourbon potatoes amazing! Brussel sprouts amazing! Can I say amazing 1 more time...oysters were amazing!Great service too! Thanks Brooke.
