Food was okay but the drink machine was down and the drinks were warm. There was black stuff in the Mountain Dew.

Even though when I pulled up in the drive thru line and I was the 6th person in line I got my food and was pulling out of there in under 5 minutes . My food was nice and warm and delicious. I highly recommend going to this Dairy Queen.

Always good food and great service at this location. This last visit, the app updated and did not seem to have the deals I've gotten used to. But, since it had just updated, I will hold judgment, check it out later in the week, see if it's back to normal & update my review then. But even without the coupons, the food still tasted great ?.

Horrible experience! 1st time customer and we will not be returning. Wouldn't honor the 6.99 chicken strip basket price via TV commercial we saw and decided to come get, drive through employees especially lady with red hair were VERY rude and basically told me "bye" after I questioned the price and why it didn't mention the sale price even on the app as they stated it was "the only was to get the deal" I have never been treated so rude in my life. I should have read the reviews because we wouldn't have even come here if we had. Clearly this location needs new staff or hospitality coaching. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They just lost a customer until they hire a better cook that can actually read the tickets correctly and stop messing up orders. This actually happened a few weeks ago to us where we ordered the 5 peice chicken basket and two double burgers , and we only got two single burgers and three pieces of chicken...... the manager made it right. Today the ticket definitely read no ketchup I am allergic and it was all over my burger. Get a new cook or teach him to read!!

Thought I'd try the DQ Grill - I felt like having a burger. My order was for three cheeseburgers and a 1/3 lb double, a large fry and large onion rings. To go. After several minutes at the counter explaining the order and then correcting the order - my order was for 3 cheeseburgers and the double. I was very clear that I was ordering 4 sandwiches. I ended up with two cheeseburgers and the double. I had to create another order for the third cheeseburger. OK - I can deal. I got home and had one cheeseburger, two hamburgers (no cheese) and the double. So, a long time working through the order at the store and it was still wrong. I'd even specifically had her add the cheese to my cheeseburgers. So - food quality? The fries and onion rings were in open top containers in an open top bag. So not particularly warm after the 5 minute ride home. One of my party told me she had to choke down her cheeseburger, that it wasn't warm. My double was only slightly warm but wasn't particularly tasty. So, not great food. Polite and pleasant service but inaccurate order. Low scores from me.
