Got three General Tso’s Chicken and ITS THE BEST SPOT IN DOVER EXTRA SPICY JUST HOW I ASKED AND ALL

I got take out per usual and the exchange is pretty quick and simple but TODAY was a rude and unpleasant exchange. I walked in to pick up my order and no one was at the counter (no worries). A white guy walked in 2 mins behind me and as he is walking in the cashier is walking towards the register. He looks at the guy and says what’s the name. I said I’m picking up for “xxxx”. The cashier looks at my bag and says just one minute. The guy who came in after me says he is picking up for 2 people and the cashier grabs both bags and places them directly in front of me hitting my hand. I said that’s rude why wouldn’t you place the bags on the other side, why would you place them in front of me without saying ”excuse me” atleast. Cashier said there is no space on the other side of the counter and as he is saying that the guy who came in before me moved the bags to the other side of the counter. They have a decent size counter with plenty of space. And I was at the far side away from the register for context. After the guy left the cashier says my total. I asked was I waiting for anymore items. He said no. I asked why did he take the guys order first and that I was next in line. He said the guy was picking up a order and I said I am too so what’s the difference. He just said ohh sorry. Also for context I was sitting in the parking lot when the guy pulled up so it wasn’t like he was already waiting. The whole ordeal was mind blowing. I was not in any rush so servicing the guy before me wasn’t a big deal. It was placing the bags directly in front of me hitting me when there was plenty of space on the other side. Crazy! Like I said before I’ve been here before and the transactions are quick and simple. “I’m picking up for Xxx, your total is, swipe to pay, have a nice day” The customer service needs improvement!

If I could give 0 stars this place doesn’t even deserve one. First of all the waitress is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a simple California roll and there was orange stuff all on top of it I asked the waitress what that was because I’ve never seen a California roll have that on there and she said fish eggs saying its not a big deal that I can’t taste it I told her I didn’t like the texture and I asked for it to be re made without that on there or remove it from my bill. She made it very complicated and was rude about the whole thing. I ordered a kani salad it was disgusting I didn’t even eat it but was still charged $8. So, I didn’t tip because the customer service was just terrible and the food was disgusting. So as I’m walking out the rude waitress screams in the restaurant “no tip? next time order take out” I told her I wasn’t planning on coming back at all so don’t worry lol. She should really learn how to provide customer service and talk to people and then maybe she would get tipped but at the end of the day she embarrassed herself acting like that. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I would never even think about giving these people my money again and management should really not allow rude unprofessional people to be waiting on others. Smh

Be honest... this food is terrible. Pad Thai was nothing more than noodles with bits of peanuts. General Tso's is breaded to death, served with green beans. Not fresh.. Quite unfortunate for a fusion restaurant. At the end of the day... its just not well made. Chicken nuggets in asian sauce. Very unfortunate. Rice was fine.. 1*

I love eating here. The fish always tastes fresh. I tend to get the sashimi, but I have enjoyed the sushi rolls as well. Prices are fair
Dining was peaceful, not loud and full of distractions. The mango chicken was great, plenty of sauce, flavorful vegetables. The Chi Tea highly recommended. Staff were very pleasant, happy and friendly. Very clean.

One of the best experiences I've had in a while. This place is a blessing in disguise. Our waiter had us seated almost Immediately and was extremely nice and patient. We had ordered an appetizer and got it very quickly after our drinks. Our food was super tasty and was hot when we got it. I recommend it to all sushi lovers out there.
