Though I have only experienced carry-out, I must rave regarding Delicious Fusion. The sushi items are fresh and well-prepared. Their fresh prawn and scallop are mouth-watering. Now a regular stop for me when I travel to Dover a few times each month. You'll love it.

The food is so good! We had the sunset roll, the massago cracker roll and the rainbow roll. We also had shumai, steamed shrimp dumplings, steamed pork buns, seaweed salad, spicy lemongrass soup, udon and lemongrass chicken. Everything was exceptional! They pour a full glass of wine and do not overcharge for it. The service is very good. We have been back three times in one week. Really good!

My boyfriend and I came here wanting to try sushi at a new place (we usually go to Yukon if we’re in Dover).Walking in, the restaurant seems clean, but the atmosphere itself is kinda plain. However, our server was prompt and friendly. We each got seaweed salad and two sushi rolls, and I got tuna sashimi. The seaweed salad was decent - hard to mess that one up.The sushi rolls themselves are a good size, but the quality is mediocre. One of my rolls, the Green Dragon roll had carrot in it, which was really weird to me. To have a hard crunch in the middle of a softer roll wasn’t ideal. My tuna sashimi didn’t seem fresh…I ate one of the two pieces. Didn’t feel comfortable eating the other, as the first didn’t taste right. We might come back to try other dishes here, but likely won’t return for the sushi.

My sister and I decided to check out this restaurant because we had heard really good things about it.First, I should start by saying that this restaurant is one of the most expensive Asian restaurants in the local area that I have found... Being expensive isn't bad if the food and atmosphere make it worth the price, but both were subpar. The atmosphere feels like a cheap whole-in-the-wall Chinese place. Nothing classy about it.As for the food. We had an appetizer of Vegetable egg rolls (which were very good)... And then the entrees. My sister ordered three signature sushi rolls and I ordered the Pad Thai Tofu with a cucumber sushi roll. I have had Pad Thai from a variety of Asian restaurants, but this version was just disgusting. Smelled horrible, tasted horrible, and even the tofu had a gross texture to it. The waitress explained that this was "authentic" pad Thai not Americanized versions.I have never lived in Asia, so I won't argue what is authentic or not authentic. What I will say, is that the word authentic can mean different things. For example, depending on where in the US you are, you will have a different opinion of an authentic Philly cheese steak or chicken and dumplings. Every region has its own version. So I'm willing to bet that Pad Thai has variations throughout the Asian world... And this version sucked lol.I also found it odd that she claimed the dish was authentic when the restaurant is a fusion restaurant, which fusion usually implies that the recipes have been changed up from their originals or blended with other cusines in some way. Otherwise why call yourself a "fusion" restaurant. All I'll say is that there is something in their sauce combination that ruined the whole dish. BUT... Maybe that's just me. As for my sister's entree, she found the sushi rolls good but bland and not nearly as good as other cheaper restaurants. However, the service was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive, hospitable and polite. She did not charge us for the dish I hated. In the end, this experience wouldn't have been so bad if it was a cheaper dining experience, but the food and the atmosphere do not deserve the prices they charge. So, for me at least, I probably won't be visiting Delicious Fusion anytime soon.

Heard it was good. Disappointed. App came out after main course. Got cold and rubbery while i focused on main course. Huge carrot sticks in main course roll. Hard to chew and overpowered delicate eel flavor of main course. Decor like a hospital cafetetia. Price good. Location good. Manager attentive. Take out biz robust. Dine in experience was not the ambiance I hoped for.

The food was delicious and sushi options were great. Everyone I went with loved there food. The restaurant is in a strip mall and the interior is spacious and new but nothing fabulous. The prices were reasonable.

My host\waiter Alex is always awesome, attentive, knowledgeable of the food, & he's a very nice man. The atmosphere is plain, but the food is so very good. I'm not a connoisseur of sushi, or Asian foods, but none of my 5-6 visits had bad food. Clean areas to include rest rooms. It's big enough for groups but but a private eating place - that I could see. I really like this place, especially their Thai tea!

It was ultimately HORRIBLE! First being told that they delivered, they didn't so I had to pick it up.The person who waited on us was nice but you could smell his breath from 2 blocks away, I don't even know what that smell was, I just knew that it was coming from his mouth! For my 4 items it cost me $64. I had to ask for napkins, utensils & fried wontons as I had ordered wonton soup. I was given napkins & chopsticks but I was told that I'd have to purchase fried wontons. I purchased the spicy seafood noodles, the beef with kimchi, shrimp lo mein & wonton soup. EVERYTHING WAS BLAND, EVERYTHING! I seasoned the soup and added my own fried wonton strips, soy sauce & white pepper & that made it edible. I didn't eat the beef with kimchi that night. I ate the noodles, they were not ONLY horrible & bland but confusing ?! They had different sizes & shapes, there was something in it like a rubber band, stretchy & rubbery. I put the shrimp that was in there with the kimchi dish for a later time. That time was today. Well I seasoned the white rice, added it to the kimchi & beef it was tasting alright until I found what appears to tape in my Food. I have pictures of IT! I'm completely done with THIS PLACE! DELICIOUS it was not! CON- FUSION is what it was. I feel like I was gagged & robbed ALL of THAT Money ? for NOTHING!1-19-24
