Sat there eating our food while a worker was hacking their lungs out serving people… other workers behind the counter were laughing about how gross it was. We couldn’t even finish our food and left. It was disgusting.

This is the worse store in Dover, DE...OMG, the attitudes are awful!!! If you hate where you work so bad then find another job!! The point of a mobile order is so that you don't have to wait. I have walked in twice in the last week after placing a mobile order, I place it 15 minutes ahead of time!!!! I have to wait ever single time, and then the crew members just look at you like your crazy when you ask them why they haven't even started your order. Management really needs to step in and retrain these crew members this is awful. And whoever is the crew mangers doesn't care and is just as rude. I watched a poor older lady wait at the counter to place a order and they kept telling her to use the screen, She had no idea how to use it!!!!!!!! And she kept asking so nicely if someone could please just take her order, finally a crew member took the order...I'm sure they are only treating people like this because they have their own issues to work through, but come on.

I ordered a coffee in the store, and the coffee was placed it on the mobile pickup tray. I asked an employee if there could have been a mistake, if the mobile tray was used for All orders, and was told it was just for mobile orders, so I didn't plan to touch a stranger's coffee. When it had sat there for too long, I was told it was mine buy a different employee. When I told them how their system had failed, I got only a rude and non-apologetic response. Great excuse to just make my coffee at home, who's got time for this?

So I came into this location of DD yesterday morning for a few muffins and wanted to use my Apple Pay. I’ve only used Apple Pay once so I was confused. Well Miss Addison who was my CSR asked for my cell phone and made the payment on my phone for me then showed me how to do it next time!!! Above and out of her way she went!!! That’s customer service and I think she gets an A+++++!!! She needs a serve and u pray she gets one soon. Thanks

Walked in and purchased my meal electronically on the screen. Bagels 🥯 came back burnt all around the rim , which I don’t have no idea when there is enough staff to watch the food being prepared around them. Coffee ☕️ wasn’t prepared correctly as well. Will not be returning to this location again.

Horrible horrible experience today. Came thru the drive thru where I was rushed at the window with a girl who had the worst attitude and was like uh just let me know when you’re ready. I was trying to figure out what everyone wanted you know. Then we get to the window. The first drink is wrong missing cold foam all the girls in there had the worst sour attitude and customer service I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in fast food before. My coffee was also wrong as I asked for cinnamon sugar on top and did not get that. All in all the worst Dunkin experience ever. I’ll continue to go to the Dunkin on route 8 because this place is not the one

On Sunday, August 24, 2025 at about 9:50, my husband and I ordered two large black coffees, for which we paid $5.98. We took them home, since we live roughly ten minutes from this Dunkin’. To our dismay, our coffee tasted like water. It was beyond weak, and certainly not worth the price we paid for it. We threw both coffees down the drain. Never again will we get coffee at this Dunkin’ franchise.

I either have my coffee made horribly or I don't receive all the items I paid for. They are simply lazy and make no effort to make your food or drinks correctly. The workers are rude, lazy and truly act like they couldn't care less about their job. No smiles only nasty faces. Its disgusting how they play with peoples food and money.

I went here in desperate need for coffee. I had a long drive ahead of me home. When I ordered i waited for over 5 minutes for coffee that sat on the side after it was made. A woman behind me was able to get her order of two coffees without delay. I was not a happy camper here..

First time going to this Dunkin' Donuts service was horrible I had to get their attention for them to even take my order and when I finally got it 20 minutes later after waiting for them to get done their conversation they handed me four hash browns that were smushed and then proceeded to be ignorant because I asked for ones that weren't

They are always missing something every time I go. Whether it be a type of lid or the whip cream or a whole item I ordered like a donut and they don't answer the phone when you try to get your item or money back.
