I went here in desperate need for coffee. I had a long drive ahead of me home. When I ordered i waited for over 5 minutes for coffee that sat on the side after it was made. A woman behind me was able to get her order of two coffees without delay. I was not a happy camper here..

First time going to this Dunkin' Donuts service was horrible I had to get their attention for them to even take my order and when I finally got it 20 minutes later after waiting for them to get done their conversation they handed me four hash browns that were smushed and then proceeded to be ignorant because I asked for ones that weren't

They are always missing something every time I go. Whether it be a type of lid or the whip cream or a whole item I ordered like a donut and they don't answer the phone when you try to get your item or money back.

If I could give zero stars for service, I would hand them out in abundance to each of these workers. My 12 year old daughter was trying to get her friend a frozen hot chocolate to show kindness. Because she is being patient and polite, they continued to make everyone else's drinks and leave her standing. When I asked if they were making it, the girl with the big, fake eyelashes simply looked at me. Zero star for all 4 "workers."

Nice location but would be better if the "glazed donuts" were "completely glazed all over" and not just a very small amount of glaze on top of the donut which in return makes the donut dry and flavorless!! Please correct this issue as I frequent your location daily and would hate to change that over a quality issue... Thank
I ordered a hot latte. They gave me an iced one. I asked them to correct it and the person at the windows stated that I ordered an iced. I never order iced. They sometimes hear iced because that is what they expect. They finally took it back, and after a while told me that they cannot make a hot one, and would I like to take the iced. They made me wait until someone else came behind me to tell me. I got a refund instead and went down the street to another Dunkin to get what I wanted.
