We stopped into this Dunkin and the coffee and sweet tea were on point. The employees couldn't have been anymore helpful and polite, which is rare these days.
Terrible customer service. Cut me off every time i tried to say what i wanted to order. I canceled my order after that

Went in on a hot day for some frozen coffee and all they had was hot coffee between 4pm & 5pm

Got a cold brew coffee on July 6th. The coffee tasted like plastic/chemicals. Nastiest coffee Ive ever had and will not return. Not sure what type of health hazard boundaries this crossed but please check your products.

Got a dozen donuts. Told them exactly what I wanted and how many of each. Opened the box and only 2 correct donuts I ordered, the rest were just random donuts. Smh.
Iāve been to this particular location a handful of times as I travel for work and this location is convenient on my way to one of my stops. Every time I have ordered I have received a lukewarm sandwich, bread not toasted, and cheese not even melted. The coffee is hit or miss; either really good or just tastes terrible. One cashier knew that the coffee tasted burnt and still served it to me. She admitted it was burnt after I told her I couldnāt drink it because of the bitterness. This last time I called customer service and was told I would be receiving a phone call from the manager in regards to my experiences. Of course - no phone call. Wonāt be back here again. Iāll just drive another 10 minutes up the road to the next location.

This Dunkinā is the literal BEST this is way better than the Dunkin on route 8 and in Camden by Walmart the girl at the counter in the morning always greets us with a smile š and takes time to talk with us they actually need to give her a raise

I go through the drive through and order a large frozen caramel frappe with whip cream on top then a s.e.c bagel with cream cheese on both sides. This Dunkin is the best one in Dover, they do everything no complaints. if the whipped cream was missed they quickly add it and I'm on my way. Brittney is usually in the drive through and she is absolutely amazing ! I had struggled with my phone one time trying to pull up the Dunkin app scan to pay and she was patient, she could of gotten irritated or told me to just go inside but instead she reassured me there was no problem and I was fine. It was an embarrassing moment and she made it better. Thank You guys so much I appreciate you all every visit !

The š© was fresh.However,there was no one in line,but I had to still wait to be waited on...I was inside..So,It seems like they pay more attention to the Drive ens,than they do the customer's who go inside š¤..
