I understand they may have been short staffed and busy but that does not ever justify attitude to paying customers who come with friendly attitudes!! It also does not excuse making people wait for no reason good reason (because they didn’t realize the drink was ready) and not apologize for the even extra long wait! The ‘I don’t owe you anything’ attitudes of these young brats with being that place down.
