It’s crazy how many times I’ve gone to this location and something was wrong with my order. Last time my bacon wasn’t on my toast, this time my drink wasn’t made correctly. I got a Dunkalatte and received it dark and super bitter. I went back and asked for it to be remade but the worker claimed it’s supposed to be bitter bc the espresso. I’ve ordered a Dunkalatte 100 times and it’s never been this dark or bitter. Just honestly very disappointed in this location bc it’s so close to my job but it will no longer be my go to Dunkin.

You got to watch out for those receipts.. they make you go inside to get the receipts that's what I was told when I was handed my coffee the coffee she had it HOT and was filled up to the top.. she's lucky to not burn me. Needless to say I will go 10 miles down the road before I go back to that Dunkin' donuts. You should train your people to be nice to the consumers we are the ones keep you in business!!

I don’t normally wright reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. We came to your Dunkin Donuts about 1hour ago. I was getting coffee through the car line, and wanted to pay for my sister as well; because it was her birthday and she was the car behind me. I paid $7 and some change. My sister calls me after getter her order and said they made her pay $4 and some change. Mind you none of us can stop and go in because it has been a busy day and we have tired 2 year olds in the back. My sister told me her order was not even 7. I am really annoyed that these people had us pay for I assume their meals. That was meant to be a birthday gift for my sister. We will not be coming back if our money is used for your food.

I ordered a 5 dollar meal which comes with an option of ice or hot coffee and 2 wake up sandwiches , the chill guy at the register gave me a ice coffee as i requested so wait for my wake up breakfast sandwiches to arrive then as 25 minutes have passed i asked the guy about the sandwiches he asked me did i order anything else or have i missed anything then i answered about my sandwiches he said its should be at another counter. I check it and its not there then they are telling me that i didnt say anything even though i did like a minute ago. This happened last month so i just wanted to point this out and i forgot to put a review on this place

When we walked in an employee gave us the impression they were closing. She said drive thru is open and lobby is closing. She also said bathrooms do not work. I have a mom with bladder problems and 3 little girls and a public place cannot have ALL BATHROOMS NOT WORKING. We still went to the bathroom to wash hands and used the toilet and it flushed 😳!! So bathrooms do work...it was honestly just a young girl working that was not wanting customers inside! How inappropriate...disrespectful to the customers and right down rude!!! The young male was a much better server and acted like he wanted to be there and actually have customers. What a shame! One person with a sour attitude turning people away and putting a bad taste in their mouths!!!

Made a quick stop to grab sandwiches & coffee. Can’t go wrong with Dunkin, right? Wrong! Sandwiches were cold, didn’t even get put through the warmer. Plastic cheese wasn’t even warm, still cold! Had to check our order three times before we left the drive through window. Coffee wasn’t made correctly either. Worst service we’ve had, almost ever! Will drive more North to Starbs or just make my own next time!
