Pull up to drive through unable to view the menu, there is no sign to state that you must still order at the location. Pulled up to window and was told by female crew member have to go through the line again instead of taken my order. Went through the line again and it was swift receive my food. The food was hard and appears to be sitting for a while. Not please with the food, service or the atmosphere.

Very difficult to find large assortment of donuts in Dover, after 2 stops at other DD's Found a large selection on Dupont Hgwy. But difficult to maneuver thru parking

The employees are all so sweet every time I do a mobile order and pick it up they are always the sweetest thank you❤️❤️ I recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts!
Very unprofessional establishment especially in the morning. I order a vanilla cream donut every time I come here (I describe it as well) and they always give me a chocolate donut with cream in the inside THEN gets mad and argue me down or say some sort of smart remarks when I asked for the correct donut. Today, the Karen with the red hair decided that instead of just giving me the donuts I ordered and holding her comments to herself (or informing me how to order the correct donut) she starting yapping about how customers are always ordering the wrong things. Then she decided that the best thing to do was to cut me off and say “have a great day” and slam the window in my face as I was explaining the donut I ordered. When her coworker (nice blk guy) told her to stop being rude she told him that someone name sandy told her to do that. Very bad customer service.

OMG. So I have been going to dunking donuts for these last several mornings and my whole experience was unbelievable. First there were receipts everywhere. Where the cashier either not throwing them in the trash or not giving them to customers. I also didn't get a receipt. Although I google pay, but still, no receipt. Then the lady that's making the sandwiches, just confused and making extras and putting them on the table so anybody can grab someone else food. I over heard a cashier say iam not chasing him to give him his food because he left with a attitude, but she didn't care that he had the wrong bag. It's helI in The morning time. Somebody please go and save them please.

They’re food is good but service bad they always messing up my order i ask for 2 sandwiches they give 1 sometime i order turkey sausage and they pork sausage that’s very bad i don’t eat pork if something like that happens it really affects your day.
