I ordered the specialty cupids choice donut today via mobile app. When I got home and took it out the bag I noticed it had something black on it. I had no idea what it was and I wasn’t taking a chance picking “it” out and eating that donut. I ended up driving back since they don’t answer the phone. I go inside and the light skin short African American girl with glasses comes up and ask me if I’m ready to order. I show her the donut and express my concerns on this black thing on my donut. Immediately her whole attitude changes, rolls her eyes as she goes to grab another bag and puts a new donut in the bag. She then goes on tell me some bs excuse as to what it “could be”. IDGAF what you think it is, at the end of the day it shouldn’t have been given out! PERIOD!!
I walked away as she was still talking because she sounded like a complete idiot making excuses and all that needed to be said was “sorry about that, here’s a new one” and send me on my way. Never acknowledged my concern then had the nerve to have an attitude. Terrible customer service!! I will completing the survey listed on my receipt!

Drove to Delaware to buy a cap for my truck. To celebrate (the cap fits just right) stopped at Dunkin Donuts. Love their coffee and honey glazed donuts. Woo hoo!!

Donuts are fresh however decaf coffee hit and miss I had someone mix regular coffee with water to dilute it to taste like decaf and I seen the staff do it. Than if you don't ask for a napkins the staff don't put any in the bag. I think just as a standard practice at least one napkins per donut should be included

I love this Dunkin Donuts location
I always visit this dunkin (unfortunately) as it’s closest to my home, and it’s always hit or miss depending on who’s on the floor that day, some of the younger staff members are incredibly rude, I can hear them laughing through the intercom and making snarky remarks as your order is being prepared.. they definitely lack “customer service” skills, my drink was prepared wrong TWICE!! I asked for a cookie butter cold brew and it looked like the drink was tampered with. I wouldn’t recommend this location! I would much rather drive the distance to receive better customer service.
They have great service but NEVER stir the coffee and when you ask them to they get attitudes and still don’t stir it with a spoon.. as a former Dunkin worker stirring with a spoon is none negotiable and very mandatory

This Dunkin’ location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered the Cookie Butter Cold Brew, a drink I’ve had many times before and was really looking forward to. I know exactly what it should look like — it should have cookie crumbles on top. Yet, every time I've gone to this location, they barely put any on. The third time I visited, I even asked them to make sure there were cookie crumbles on top because there was barely any the previous times. When I picked up my drink, I was shocked at how little effort was put into it. The person at the window even told their coworker as a smart remark, "We don’t have time to crush the crumbles, make it make sense." How is that acceptable? It’s completely unprofessional and goes against Dunkin’s promise to deliver the products they advertise. The least they could do is put in the effort to make it right. Please take a look at the photos I’ve attached — does this look like the Cookie Butter Cold Brew you advertise? It’s disappointing. And to top it off, they NEVER remember to include my hashbrowns. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I seen a cock roache on the counter and I believe it was the manager who killed it with a dozen of donuts that were for another customer... That was beyond disturbing. I go to dunkin donuts every day but I will drive 20 minutes out of my way before I step foot back in that place again!!

I don't frequent coffee shops, but when I do, I expect good service and atmosphere inside or speed and friendliness in the drive thru. The drinks I ordered came out quickly and were made correctly, but the employee giving me attitude when I asked questions about the menu is ridiculous. I would understand their impatience somewhat if it was in the morning and there were other cars waiting, but that's not the case. I was alone in the drive thru. To me this experience was unacceptable.

They make good drinks but, slow service
Ordered a coffee via door dash, this large iced coffee looked like milk. I tried it and it was so sweet that I had to toss it. The cup is only 3/4 full so maybe had they put the remainder of the coffee in it, it wouldn’t be as bad. But they didn’t, took the lazy route, and gave me this garbage. Been coming to this one for years and in the last year the quality has nose dived fast. So sad!
The new drink line was good.
