El Nopal Mexican Restaurant

Food was okay. But after we left and checked the receipt, we realized that the lady added an extra 10% on our bill for tips. And when we paid the machine asked for tips again. We totally tipped for 30%. It’s not good to play with customers like this. We won’t go back anymore.

ordered 2 birria tacos with cheese did not get cheese or extra onion and cilantro on the side. Food was still good just disappointed I didn't get what I ordered.

I went here for a quick lunch during the work day with some coworkers. We got a variety of tacos for their Taco Tuesday deal. The food was amazing and the service great! Highly recommend!

Restaurant was clean. Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job!
The food was very good, hot and exactly what we ordered.
Taco Tuesday, prices were very affordable.

Poor service, lady held door for me and my pregnant wife. Was in line ordering food, the lady that was taking our ordered stopped us in the middle of ordering to help the lady behind us that held the door for us. Food is really good but showed me she didn’t respect my dollar. So we left, Highly disappointed and will not be spending no more of my money here!

Walked in, got seated to then be forgotten. The waiter did not come back to check on us until after 20 min. Mind you there was one family that was already eating and no one else was in the restaurant. So I don’t understand why the waiter didn’t come back to get our order. The food is not what it used to be and neither is the customer service. Never going back again.

Last evening, I ordered 3 meals for delivery thru DoorDash. The DoorDash delivery was excellent, but the food for El Nopal was horrible! All 3 dishes had chicken in it and the chicken in all 3 dishes was the worst I have ever had at any time from any restaurant! All 3 of us had the same complaint; chicken was EXTREMELY dry and tough. It was obvious that it had been prepared much earlier in the day and reheated multiple times. Never again!

Cold cheese with hot steak burrito and cold tortilla-- just felt like it was thrown together last second. Also got extra meat but at best it was hand size.
