I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered food through the Slice app and they handed the driver the incorrect order. They expected this poor driver to go back and pick up the correct order, even though it was their mistake. then over an hour after my food was ordered said that they would send the correct order to me. When I called back and spoke with Franco, he got angry and told me to call Slice and request a refund. Slice cannot do a refund without the restaurant approval. Between Slice and Franco this is the worst experience I've ever had in ordering food through an app. The restaurant manager Franco was extremely disrespectful to myself who is awaiting a dinner order, and the driver of the Slice app who is out of time and money now as well. Thank God for AMEX, who will dispute the order. Update they sent the order that sat for over an hour.. carbonara Egg is scrambled and look at the basil. The bottom is a watery mess. This is terrible service

I got food poisoning from the meatball sub. You owe me dinner. At another restaurant. And two pairs of boxer briefs!

Love Francos! Pizza is delicious & go there any chance I get. Service is quick & friendly. Always seems busy! Nice dining room if you want to eat in.

Great pizza, thin crispy crust. The calamari was delicious. And the home made bread/oil was so good!!

A hidden gem. One of the best eateries in Dover. Great service and great tasting food. It is a bit pricey, but the quality and large portions make it worth it. We’ve never been disappointed even when taking out.

I used to go to francos a lot but hadn't been until recently. Now, I may never go again. I ordered a 3 cheese calzone and asked for sauce on the side, when my meal came, the sauce looked and tasted like CANNED tomato sauce , it was awful! I have canned sauces that actually tasted better than what I was served. if you can't make a sauce to accompany a calzone that is fresh and actually home made, then just don't bother! plus charging an extra fee for a card purchase is just insane. your prices have risen substantially over the years and Franco's is no longer affordable for a small family. Olive Garden sauce is actually superior to your canned sauce !

I ordered Italian Stromboli. It came in undercooked no meat, just bread and a little bit of cheese. This restaurant came highly recommended and I will never dine here again. If I could give it zero stars I would have.
