Went on a Monday for lunch and it was quiet atmosphere, service was good, my fries were plenty and hot, my turkey melt was great, and It did not take long to get!!!
Have to put 1 star just to.write a review....place was empty, first red flag.....we got seated ordered our drinks the tea tasted like it was 2 weeks old sour,so replaced drinks with root beer it tasted funny, the waitress Talk about helicopter ,we asked for a few minutes after receiving the first set of drinks waitress just stands there, finally walks away comes back maybe 2 minutes later I state we need more time she just stands there hovering us,walks away again 2 minutes hovering us again,we literally had NO time to even look over the menu to even try an decide on food,we got up offered to pay for our drinks an we left, went to King buffet, will NEVER try to dine here again
Food is just a filler not good just filled a empty spot in the stomach. Sonic beats them hands down. I would rather have McDonald's.
I did like it here and the waitress gave us a lot of time to eat and did give us refills a lot I can't wait to go back for some desert next time
They no longer serve breakfast, which was a downside however their food still pretty amazing. Staff was friendly and overall still recommended.
Staff is friendly. Food always on point. We love the ice cream variety!!!
Went there to order a sundae .They said they were closed 30 min before they supposed to and would not serve us. There were still people in the restaurant eating. And they had just served 2 other people.
We have always enjoyed Friendly's for lunch. Today we stopped in and I tried their new "$100,000.00 Cobb salad". Needless to say, it was certainly not worth near what it was advertised for. I was particularly distressed that it contained raisins, but no blue cheese. Clearly, Friendly's isn't familiar with the recipe for a traditional Cobb salad. Our waitress was spectacular and provided very good service, but I know now what NOT to order when we visit.
Had a great experience and pleasantly surprised at the newer menu items. Customer service was good.
Even though it was crowded,(travel time-scheduled made me almost leave- so glad I didn't) once we were seated, order was taken promptly( still a little worried how long we'd have to wait until we got our food). The only thing that surprised me more then how quickly we got our food was how good it was.DELICIOUS BACON CHEESEBURGER for me.SLAMMING MAC&CHEESE BACON CHEESEBURGER were words from my 16 yr old nephew.ONE HELL OF A GROUP OF EXCELLENT WORKERS

I go here every now and again for one of my fave treats. It's vanilla ice cream with pound cake cubes, whipped cream and a cherry on top. So simple but delicious. My daughter only eats chocolate ice cream. But she loves their blackberry flavored ice cream with brownies on top. She loves it
I had the $100,000 Cobb salad and it was very good. Split a Hunka Chunka PB fudge lava cake with a friend and the combination of hot lava cake and cold ice cream was amazing! It's been a while since I've been to Friendly's but I will definitely be back soon.
Arrived with 3 other people at 9:00p.m. to order ice cream at the outside window. The employee standing at the window watched and glanced over at us a few times. We stood there for atleast 5 minutes reading the menu on the wall to figure out what kind of ice cream we wanted. After ringing the bell to order, another employee came to the window and told us they were closed. Even though there were clearly people inside the restaurant and their website and doors state they close at 10:00. Rather then opening the window as we stood there reading the menu, and telling us they were "closed" a hour early apparently, she just stood their twiddling her thumbs while we read their menu. Probably counting down the clock to leave for the night, and had no time to make any extra work for themselves. Now I remember why I haven't been to this place in years.
Like a step back in time, exactly how I remember friendly's growing up. Staff was awesome, very clean restaurant, food was great would recommend if your in the Dover area
Store hours clearly indicate they close at 10 pm. We arrived at 9:51 to get an ice cream at the outside window. 3 girls in the store would not take my order. Will not be returning...
