Food and server were great but our cook did no tricks. It's the highlight of hibachi dining next to the food of course. Not sure if he was new but will definitely return when my nephew comes home in November.
I will start by saying the entree was very good. I had steak and scallops and both were seasoned and cooked very well. My sushi (spicy tuna roll) was also very good. My only down side to my meal was the salad.. they don’t use the traditional ginger salad dressing. I didn’t care for the dressing they used at all. It was more of a mayo base. What a great dining experience. This was my husband and I first dining experience at Hibachi Japanese Steak House. We were greeted right away. Our server and Chef where very helpful and pleasant. The food was plentiful and delicious. I am looking forward to coming back again.
