The Dover store is always clean and friendly. The vibe is always good. Asia was nice and patient with me when I was having a hard time choosing my cookies. The cookies are so good love oatmeal raisin and salted caramel.

I love visiting the Dover location, not only are the oatmeal raisin delicious with the ice cream the staff is very friendly. I give the store a 10 out of 10 for friendly staff, quick service and cleanliness.

Went in to pick up an order I placed online. Was told it’d be a while by the guy working because he had a whole bunch of orders come in and he needed to catch up. Mind you, I was the only person standing in the store and had ordered 7 cookies. Would it have been a long time if I walked in and ordered at the counter? Another gentleman walked in about 5 minutes later and was told the same thing. When I said “excuse me” to speak with him he walked right back into the back room. That lack of customer service doesn’t deserve my time or patronage. You serve the customer standing in front of you, without excuses. Needless to say I canceled the order and left. I’ll stick to other cookie shops.

The cashier didn't speak to us at all except for basic ordering and got mad when we asked for a bowl for the ice cream. She wasn't welcoming at all and seemed annoyed with our presence.

Listen, Delaware State has let in hella new students this year. More than I've EVER seen before. Please make more than enough cookies to serve everyone. Running out of cookies at 10:29 pm ( my birthday btw) on a random Tuesday is ridiculous. Now I have to drive all the way back to Baltimore after moving my daughter into her new dorm without a emotional support treat! Beyond annoyed, smh.

Amazing cookies and even better service! Neshiya G was our server and she made the experience wonderful from start to finish. The cookies came out warm, fresh, and honestly better than the big-name brand everyone talks about.
We tried a variety of flavors:
Chocolate Chunk – loaded with chocolate, soft, and absolutely divine.
Cookies & Cream – a little sweet for me, but still tasty.
Classic M&M’s – nostalgic and delicious.
Snickerdoodle – perfect cinnamon kick.
White Chocolate Macadamia – spot on and so good.
Double Chocolate Mint – not my favorite only because I’m not huge on mint, but still well made.
We tried the Cotton Candy and the Cookie Dough ice cream which was absolutely delicious.
Overall, my family and I had such a great time taste-testing them all. The cozy vibe, the warm cookies, and even the option to pair them with milk or oat milk made it extra special. This spot has officially become a new favorite—definitely worth another visit!
