Food is very good for the price. Our waitress was ok. She seemed like she was ok and then got better. We go there once a month or every other month and never see the same waiters. Ambience is great.
We had made reservations on Open Table for 5:30. We arrived on time, there was plenty of open tables on the patio area. We were told we would be seated inside. We asked, could we sit on patio. After a few exchanges of no, and let me see, and we replied well we would come back, we were seated where we asked. We have been to Jerry Longo's about 35 times. We love the place. Michelle always serves us in an exemplary manner, and as usual when we got to the restaurant, Michelle was present, but we were told that we were sitting in an area where Michelle wasn't working. So, confusion reigned and we were served by a diff person, but unfortunately the dining experience was not the same. We've been good customers, but some servers are markedly better than others, and Michelle is or in a million. I'll have to be more careful next time in how...
