Very disappointing experience. Have not visited since March and may never visit this location again.Ordered 2 Giant Big Kahunna's, had points to redeem but never offered. Went and sat to wait and all employees began asking each other if they could grill. After a few minutes I said that if nobody could grill I would like a refund and I will drive to Camden. 3 employees began to laugh and person who took order said they all could grill but didn't want to. When I asked for refund and I would go elsewhere bc I did not want poorly made meal, he became stern and said it will be fine. Person reluctantly began to cook. Atmosphere so unlike what is promised.

I definitely prefer this location to Camden, however, the last few times I've ordered from here the sandwiches have been soaked in oil and vinegar. How do you get it all over the outside of the bread????
The guy that made my sandwich was friendly and the #13 was good. I had an issue at the register. The girl didn’t even acknowledged me and I had to ask for her to ring up my meal. She didn’t say anything besides asking for a number. She seemed like she was out of it or didn’t want to be there. I hope she gets more training to help customers. Also the person that was talking to her and helped her went to make a sandwich and the lady before me told them they needed to change their gloves since they used the register with the glove the had on. I don’t usually complain. I know what it’s like working with the public, but when I’m completely ignored I’m going to say something.

Sub was good however roll was wet (oil?). Wettest sub roll I've ever had; you mean the employee didn't know?
Had a great lunch. I've always liked this place and the oversized subs. Clean place and friendly staff. We loved the delicious food. We're returning customers for sure.

Great food I just have an issue. If a place of business is open until 9 why don’t yall stop taking hot orders before 8:30? As a place of business technically you stop makin food until your closing hours then you start cleaning up. This is a franchise issue because the one in rehoboth does the same thing. If your not here to fulfill customers wishes based on hours you promote then are you really doing it for the customer?
