I would rate this KFC with a 1/2 star but I didn't have an option. The franchise owner or who ever manages this facility need to really evaluate what is going on at this location. The location closes whenever and each time I came to this location they are always out of something or always to be only 2 employees working. So disappointing not even sure why I keep thinking it will be ok the next visit.

Do don't order from this KFC on DuPont highway it came incomplete and when we called them he admitted he was in the wrong but said the only way to get the rest of the order we would have to call door dash or we have to pick it up we are disabled and can not drive and we ordered it from the KFC app not door dash and he also said he did not deal with door dash terrible serice

The woman with short lock or twists, That worked 11/15 around 6 pm I believe have a gap. Seem like a manger should find new employment. She was so rude. I mean extremely because we are waiting 30 minutes for our online orders we aren't aloud take ask what is the hold up? She was making herself mad, creating drama that was not there. Elderly guy came in from the drive thru telling her he asked for original and got very hard extra crispy chicken and she asked him is he serious and is his mental ok. She shut the store down talking about she can't do this and people who don't have online orders need to leave. I was gonna let it go until I got home and took my food out and both my famous bowl did not have corn in it. But was no need to call or go back she shut the store down..the young guy who was working with her was very sweet. They need to switch roles. When you dealing with fast food and customers people are spending their money. Waiting 30 min for online orders is crazy with no redunds tho. Maybe they need to hire 16 year olds instead of capping it 18. Maybe they will have help. That lady needs to go. I hope she doesn't have elderly parents or grand parents and someone talks to them the way she did that gentlemen. Disgusting

Place was busy but they handled the situation well.
I went through the drive thru and they had ran out of something. I asked why they always seem to never have anything (napkins, utensils, hot sauce) & was met with “you can either order or not” because “it doesn’t matter to her” . That manager Amber was very rude & disrespectful and doesn’t need to have any type of position of power. Answers the phone very rude too. Customer service doesn’t seem to be taken seriously here.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line for a mobile order i already placed ahead of time. Also, the indoor was closed due to "low staff". If you see any cars at the drive thru stay away.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. ORDERD A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND CHICKEN NUGGET MEAL, THEY REQUIRE FOR USE TO PARK AND WAIT FOR OUR MEAL. IT TOOK THEM 10 MIN TO BRING US OLD FRENCH FRIES AND COLD CHICKEN. WHEN WE REQUEST A REFUND THEY TOLD USE THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS.
