Absolutely disappointed. Miles away from how the food is advertized. Had ordered a take out. The food was soggy, not at all cooked well and a whole piece short in bucket. Tried to call to store, no one picks up. KFC quality has over the years has gone down. Not sure it's KFC or this particular franchise.

Service at this KFC is consistently slow, with orders almost always missing items or completely incorrect on a couple occasions. The food is great when it's made correctly and when we get all of our items.

Absolutely ridiculous. How can an order for a chicken sandwich meal and a chicken bowl mean you give us a bucket of chicken? Incompetent as can be! And will not answer the phone when you call to rectify the order.

I used the drive thru; ordered regular fried chicken (my fav cause KFC does it best) but they sadly had no biscuits ? Otherwise all was great! They got my food to me fast too with friendly service.

The restaurant was very clean, the staff was professional..knowledgeable..& courteous. The food was hot and fresh right on time for the rush. The chicken was great both my kids ate their dinner.Wheelchair accessibility: Had several handicap spaces. Parking lot was well lit and safe.

This was the worst experience ever! I called them several times and they kept hanging up. Three piece meal with breast almost $12 and it was hard as a rock. Also extra crispy with no coating on it? Could not chew the chicken it was so old and dry!

This is one of the worst stores I've ever seen in my life, the service is horrible, they told me in the drive throw that they are closed at 6:15 PM, and before leaving another girl said sorry we are open and they were laughing in the background!!!!!!!!!!!, I had my kids in the car and they were so angry from the staff's attitude toward us.... honestly, this is the last time I eat from any KFC.... good job you lost a customer.

I went to this restaurant and waited five minutes in line only to pull forward to find out that the employee had no headset on. He saw me at the window then walked to the back to avoid taking my order. I pulled around to enter and he was leaning on the counter talking to a female. Saying to her I dont know why mfs think if i dont answer the window they feel that I'm going to take their order inside. The female had someone on video call saying people get mad because they can't get a bucket of chicken. I just left. Never will go to KFC again. If you are going to complain about actually providing the product you're supposed to sell, why should i spend my money with you. I don't know how this business is still open after seeing this is a common issue with this restaurant. Glad i didn't order anything the restaurant smelled liked like sewage.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an 8 piece meal. Coleslaw, mashed potatoes and 4 biscuits. Came with gravy. All for $31.49. I had to call KFC complaint 800# because half the chicken looked like it was fried twice and way over cooked. The burnt chicken was in the bottom of the bucket and the great chicken was on top and the two were separated by a sheet of paper. Looked like they were hiding it. KFC is sending me a coupon in the mail for $15.00 to make me feel better. Uggghhh!
