Nice place just outside Dover AFB. Food was tasty. Service and atmosphere were good. 10% discount for military and seniors. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

We’re going to remember this friendly place as the perfect stop off for dinner on the way north from the crowded beach area. We had a super waiter, great food, fabulous margaritas and it was amazingly fast. Dover is lucky to have such a spot for the best Mexican food.
Jack fruit quesadeas very yummy and vegan empenadas excellent.. Will be back again.

We stopped in for a late lunch and were seated immediately. Our server was awesome and attentive. Margaritas and sangria were delicious! So were the chips and salsa. I had vegetarian cauliflower tacos with Mexican rice. The fajitas and burrito bowl were also great. Def stopping here again !

Used to be the best Mexican restaurant in Dover but Not anymore. Portions are less and the 'Way south of Philly' was mostly Onions. Will not go back but will give Milford location a try. Really cannot recommend any food item.
We have eaten here since they opened. Was the best Mexican restaurant around. Yesterday the portions were extremely less and much of the food I could not eat. The sides were brought to us and both were wrong...Communication barrier for Both waitress and us....it happens. Wife's 'South of Philly' meal was mostly onion. Will not go to the Bayroad La Hacienda again. Will try the one in Milford next.

Ordered a Burrito Bowl waitress asked shredded or fajita chicken I said fajita well didn’t realize till later there is a 3.00 up charge for Anything fajita. This is Not Listed Anywhere on the menu and the waitress did not tell us this. Shame Shame Let People Know Please Always check your bill I like the food I just don’t know about going back SMH

This food is really good however the portions have dramatically reduced while the prices doubled and tripled in some cases. I understand needing to cover the over head as I own a food business as well but the price change is understandable until the portion size dramatically decreases! It comes across as greedy. It shows too because it is never as busy as it use to be and the staff turn over is ridiculous. It’s says a lot about a business and I will no longer frequent here.

Enjoyed an amazing Sangria Sunday with my sisters today at La Hacienda. Our server Rachel was the best! So fun and friendly. The food was so good! I had the burrito bowl with crispy pork belly cubes and their corn cake. Everything was fresh and delicious.
