This restaurant uses doordash to handle their deliveries. I received the wrong order and the restaurant would not redeliver the correct order since they use a third party for delivery. This was despite me ordering directly from the Little Caesars website. Horrible customer service!

The manager is absolutely the rudest, they messed up my order and offered sauce to rectify the problem, he smelled like alcohol and tried to tell me I only paid for three pies!!! I paid for 4 and only got three… and an attitude to try and get the other pizza I already paid for !!! Absolutely the last time I go there until a new manager that can actually run this establishment!!! Worst part is it’s not the first time this is frequent as we go there every Friday.!!! I am so disappointed with the customer service I was given not just this evening but numerous times !!!

We ordered delivery and they missed 3 items. Literally, how can you screw it up that bad unless you just don't care about what you're doing? We ordered, 1 create your own pizza w/ light sauce and pepperoni, 1 extra most bestestest cheese pizza, 1 Crazy Bread, 1 Mountain Dew and 1 DIET Pepsi.
The screw ups are in all caps... We received, 1 extra mostbestest cheese pizza, 1 CHEESE PIZZA, ZERO CRAZY BREAD, 1 REGULAR PEPSI and 1 Mt. Dew... Seriously, how do you only get 2 out of 5 items right? That's an F... They tried to blame it on the Doordash Driver at first (even though they're the ones who hand over the items), so I re-explained and she got it. Then the only option I had was to pay more to have the Doordasher to go back and pick it up or go and pick it up myself. Basically the only option was for others to pay for their screw up. I usually only leave a negative review if it's so ridiculous that I just had to. This fit the bill. Get it together guys.

It is so noble that the owner of this franchise has chosen to exclusively hire the mentally handicapped to staff this location. While they might not get your order right the first, second, or third time, they will get there eventually with a smile and maybe a little drool on their faces.
