LongHorn Steakhouse Reviews
Will never go back, steak was like a hockey puck. We were a party of four and the person with the so called steak was not going to complain so we did. Manager came over and our friend didn't want a new steak so we requested a discount. He said no and we stated we will NEVER come back again, he said have a good day. That is the way to run a business......lol
Went for an early dinner yesterday. Walked in there were at least 15 people waiting. They told us it would be about a 20 minute wait. All but 3 tables were empty, some were bused, some not. LongHorn Steakhouse provides a friendly atmosphere that is suitable for families with children and is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant features a clean dining area, and service is often speedy, especially during lunch hours. Customers have noted that the waitstaff can be friendly and attentive, especially when they are not understaffed. The food generally receives positive comments, with dishes like the lemon/garlic chicken with broccoli and a green salad with white Balsamic Vinegar dressing being tasty, though sometimes slightly salty. However, there have been reports of issues, such as long wait times for food and some dishes being served lukewarm. Guests can expect on-site parking and may experience wait times during busy periods. There have been concerns about cleanliness, with reports of gnats and dusty light fixtures, and some dishes, like steak and soup, have received mixed reviews due to seasoning and temperature. Although some steaks have been served improperly, such as overcooked or not seared, other options like the Ribeye and Filet Mignon have been praised for their flavor. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse remains a popular spot for a satisfying meal in a welcoming setting, but improvements in food preparation and cleanliness are needed.
