While they were sorely understaffed... our waiter was a blessing to have. And none of the staff seemed overworked or irritable. Food was very good. Longhorn usually doesn't disappoint me but to see these folk working hard to please everybody was great.
Ordered the lemon/garlic chicken with brocoli and a green salad with white Balsamic Vinegar dressing. It was tasty but a little on the salty side (the chicken). Dabbed some of the complimentary bread they give on the chicken to soak some of the seasoning off. Otherwise the meal was good.

Waitress didn't know what was in drink my husband wanted. Never offered to find out. Brought wrong soup to my husband. Lukewarm. My steak looked like death warmed over and was so heavily seasoned with salt n pepper could only take few bites. Waitress response was they do season it so next time tell them no seasoning HUH? Never asked how things were.
