let me start off by saying. i used to work at a mcdonald’s a little over a year ago and completely understand things happen but this was awful .The drive through girl was rude and made me repeat my order back 3 times somehow managing to mess it all up every single time. after she gets it correct on the screen i then proceeded to get the wrong food in my bag. i ordered though the drive through and got food that was meant for someone who ordered inside. i ordered a quarter pounder with only cheese and onion, i received a deluxe quarter pounder with everything on it… do better

Placed an order on the mobile for 2 apple pies and ice cream. Pull up to the drive thru and I am told that there is an 8 minute wait and would we like a holiday pie instead. I said no and that we would wait. We pull up to the 3rd window and wait. We get handed our order but it’s not the right order. Of course they gave us the holiday pie not the 2 apple pies I ordered. Inside was already closed and no point getting back in a long line. This location is disappointing.

For the longest time this has been a typical McDonald's. I'll often visit after work and at a certain hour the drive thru menus are turned off and no one will take an order after 10pm, no matter what I order or what time of day I'll be asked to pull up for no reason.. all of what you expect from McDonald's. The past few times I've been I was surprised by the attitude of the dive thru associate. Cheerful, polite, outgoing. Prior to this last visit she told me it was going to be a minute because she was making new fries. Zuri is a customer service machine and deserves a raise.

It's crazy how this location is understaffed, wants to act like they have no help. But yet, they just simply take them off the schedule, tell others they quit, and actually just either write down that they quit to avoid firing them. But they're sooooooooooo understaffed lol
