Check your orders, they always get it wrong... especially the sauces.

I went passed McDonald's. I don't eat there.
Visiting the area and came here for morning coffee. Came to the drive through, placed my order, and was told to proceed. The next window had no one there, looked very empty so I continued to the next window. Normally, I have been told to just continue to the next window. I told the cashier at the pickup window I still needed to pay and tried to explain. She was rude and said “people don’t know how to follow instructions”. There are certain ways and words to use to communicate with customers. I apologized and explain no one was at the window once again.

I occasionally stop for breakfast on my way to work. My order has been correct ~70% of the time and the drive through is inefficient. Instead of consistently alternating the 2nd lane for ordering is frequently skipped.
You may find more positive responses from your customers if you address as this can be frustrating for people with limited time to stop on their way to their destinations.

Young black girl with the LONG eyelashes was extremely rude. I wish my young daughter didn’t have a taste for McDonalds or I would have left!

Restaurantji Recommends
We went through pretty late night while traveling for a quick bite. There was a mishap & I figured our order was doomed. NOT AT ALL! Not only did our drive thru greeter sound like she had a smile taking our order, she greeted us with one, & she gracefully navigated our issue with one never missing a beat!!! Our food was hot, tasty & delivered with a smile. For all these reasons we will visit again & so should you!

Management needs to tell homeless people to leave restaurant! 3 in here sleeping at separate tables. There are families in here. The last 2 times I have come here it hasn’t been good. I will try 1 more time and then I will find another one!! Dining room dirty!

I'm staying in the hotel in the parking lot. The restaurant is so convenient that I ate there 4 days in a row. Everything I was served there was over cooked. The Fries, the burgers and most of all the chicken.
I could have lived with all of that but here in Delaware they make you use paper straws for the environment and I can live with that. But sadly someone in the restaurant doesn't care about that, or their job. I say that because they put 12 packets of ketchup in my bag for 1 order of fries. What a waste. I didn't ask for any and don't use it on my fries. This just demonstrates that they don't care about the place for whatever reason and they are serving food to people. This makes me question what they do to the food and poor performance explains why everything is over cooked.
Thankfully I am heading back to North Carolina tomorrow.
The person at the money window was very nice each time. Pick up window? Not so much.

Horrible. Waited 30 plus minutes for ice cream cones and then left. People were coming in and yelling at workers from the drive thru. No manager appeared to be present. Employees were “hanging out and joking” in the back the whole time.
