Pretty good barbecue, moderately pricey. Sadly, they were out of ribs, which probably means that they're very good or they don't make very many. Hopefully it's because they are very good. They were also out of broccoli salad.We tried the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket taco, with mac and cheese and baked beans and peaches.All in all it was decent. I was a little disappointed that the barbecue sauce was not homemade, but Sweet baby Ray's. The brisket was just a little bit dry and definitely needed the coleslaw to help. The mac and cheese was decent but the burnt top was too much.

I ordered the Ribs, and they were amazing. The best Ribs I ever had. The wife had brisket taco, and she loved it. Sides of Mac and cheese and peach baked beans were great. If you love barbecue, you have to come here.

The food here is so good. There's a limited menu, but you'll be wowed by the taste. It's a bit small with limited seating and there's only the owner working, but it's totally worth it. I highly recommend Meat Mechanics!

So I randomly looked up Bbq while I was in dover. Had a huge craving for it. So my stomach and my GPS took me here. Let me tell you it was the best decision ive made in months. We got the ribs and they just fall off the bone. The owner who is a extreme delight to converse with gave us some bbq sauce on the side but to be honest the ribs do not need it at all. The baked peach beans are out of this world and to be honest there isnt a single thing I can think to complain about. Good job dude and I will be back.

Great ribs, pulled pork, and pulled chicken. We tried three of their sides: mac and cheese, cole slaw, and the bourbon peach baked beans. Everything was fresh, home made and flavorful. Best I have had in the Dover area.

If your not careful you'll drive right pass this place. If you do that you'll miss out on some great BBQ. The owner is a great and generous man. Give this place a try.
