A friend and I had the craving of some smoothies and acai bowl in the evening and checked the time it closes and it said 8pm. We jumped in the car quickly not even 5 minutes away from the place and got there at 7:35pm. One girl was standing in the front and another person in the back. We didn’t even get to say anything before she quickly said “We’re closed.” I asked her what time the place usually closed on weekdays and she answered with “We usually close at 8pm but it’s been slow so we’re closed.” We turned around and immediately left. There were clearly 25 minutes left before the closing time, and if you have had a slow day and you have customers coming in, you take them in because then your loosing more money for the business. Motivation to work and make money is at 0. Very much unprofessional behavior of the employees.

Food is good but a bit pricey especially when it looks like servicing sizes and containers change often. The staff is not the greatest they never seem to be in the front always in the back talking and laughing and they have AirPods in at all times so if your waiting to be attended you need to play a game of how do I get your attention. Definitely a im only here so I get money cause they don’t even hand you a Utensil for your food kinda just hand it to you and go immediately back to the backroom without seeing if you need anything else . At this point I go out of conviene for how close it is but definitely not for the friendly amazing life changing experience?

First and foremost, I want to express and emphasize the fact that I specifically came to this restaurant today to order an acaí bowl because A). I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted 3 days ago and I can only eat certain things and B). There are no other restaurants that offer these bowls in this area. I checked what time they closed (6:00PM) and arrived at 5:30PM. There were 2 people standing at the counter. Because of those 2 reasons I figured everything was okay. But when I walked up to the counter one of the employees told me they were closed. I let him know I came all the way there just for their fruit bowl. He said they had already packed everything up and for whatever reason he felt the need to tell me it was 5:30. I'm motivated never to return. That was my first and last time going to this place. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I was waiting to get my phone fixed and this sweet lady had a pink paradise drink and recommended it to me! it was so good. definitely getting one the next time I come to the mall.

I ordered an Açaí bowl online for an hour and a half later pick up . When I arrived at the Juicery (10 mile drive) I was not initially greeted -the person behind the counter asked his coworker to take my order . I was than told they had not received my online order because they did not have any Acai. This makes no sense to me . They had an hour and half to call me to tell me they did not have available what I ordered. I completely wasted my time driving to this place . I was quickly offered a refund of which I accepted. This was my first visit and my last. This interaction left a bad taste even though did not get the opportunity to try their bowl. Sad.

I ordered the Power Up bowl and it was disgusting. The frozen part was pure chalky liquid even though I ate it right after ordering it. The kids running the place did not know if the granola was gluten free, so I had to leave it out of the bowl. They did not seem to care about their jobs and lacked customer service skills. I had to throw the bowl out. It was large globs of PB and tons of bananas in liquid.

My first time going today. I got the Chocolate Daze and The Green!! My goodness they were delicious!!!! Will definitely be back again!! The customer service was excellent!!!

Every time I’ve been here, I’ve wasted almost my entire lunch break, waiting on food or a drink from here. it seems like there’s only ever one person working. It’s good, but you’ve gotta dedicate 20+ min of your life waiting on it.
