Rigo was an amazing server. Highly recommend asking for his area. He done an amazing job from recommendations to service. The steak and salmon were on point!!

Arrived and was seated quickly. Waitress took our drink and appetizer order. She delivered our drinks and appetizer and took our order. About 15 minutes later she removed our dishes. About 15 minutes later we inquired about our salad. Waitress said she’d check on it. We said forget the salad since our meals should soon be out. She returned with the salad and said our meals should soon be out in about 10 minutes. At this point we noticed people who arrived after us were receiving their meals. Waitress and manager blamed it on the computer rather than accepting responsibility for their negligence in placing the order. We waited another 15 minutes. I left $20.00 with the manager to pay for the drinks. She again blamed the computer. Poor excuse.

Hurricane Katrina was fantabulous. An absolute gem. Very attentive, courteous and just all around great person. Slide in my DM's. LOL. Seriously, awesome time for Dad and my brother for Veterans Day. Thank you.

The manager and our server went above and beyond in making sure not only the adults in our party didn't have to ask for anything twice and the food was cooked perfectly but that our young (always energetic) son also was happy and satisfied/entertained during our visit.
Resturant visits with kids can be tricky sometimes, it really means a lot that the staff took the time to catch his attention at the door and make him feel included as part of the party, preventing any possible melt downs that all parents (and neighboring tables) dread when they happen! Their welcoming and attentative nature made everyone in our party enjoy our meal.....and our 7 year old can't wait to come back to see his new friends 😀

Ordered lunch for curbside. Took almost 15 min to get my food after checking in after order was already completed. I had to call to get them to bring the order out, cold food and terrible service.

Very undercooked bone-in ribeye steak. The problem with having one steak cooked right (the filet mignon), and the other woefully undercooked, is that your dinner companion is faced with two bad options, eat in silence for 10 to 15 minutes, or let their food get cold waiting on your food to get cooked right.
The server and management did not seem overly concerned as the steak was sent back. And today with digital thermometers even the newest trainee can get rare, medium and well done pretty close. For semi expensive steak meals, at a restaurant dedicated to good steaks? Hard to forgive.
And the restaurant was out of merlot, which also should not gave happened. And we could not find pecans in the pecan salad.
Spoiled a perfectly good dinner.

So my first experience is probably going to be my last experience. Our server was amazing but the food was not, my steak was small, dry and very bland. My broccoli was over cooked and the lemonade was super sweet. Im not if all locations are the small but I don't I'll be wasting another date night going here. You would think that a steakhouse would have good steak.
